INSTRUCTIONS FOR OPERATION
SETING THE OPERATING CONTROLS
MODEL:GTX740
Wireless Keyless Entry System (Optional Accessory)
Wireless Keypad Installation
1. Slide off both keypad and battery covers to fasten with 2 pan head screws.
2. Slide keypad cover onto Keypad.
3. Install a 9 volt battery and slide battery cover onto Keypad.
NOTE Mount Keypad out of childs reach (at least 5 feet above floor).
Programming Wireless Keypad
1. Press and hold the learn button (on the right side of the panel ) until
the green indicator light flashes (about 5 seconds )to erase old code.
2. Press and release the learn button (on the right side of the panel ).
3. When the green indicator light is illuminated, press 4 desirde
digits and ENTER to code Keypad.
NOTE When programming wireless keypad, the distance shall be at least 24
inches from the antenna of opener.
4. Enter the code to signal the system to open, close, stop or move the door
In the opposite direction.
You may set up this feature as follows:
1. Press and release the "learn" button (on the right side of
the panel).
2. When the green indicator light is illuminated, press and
hold the selected remote control push button.
3. After the green indicator light flashed three times,
release
the button.
4.This stores open/stop/close function for the selected
button for the first opener in memory.
5.Repeat the same steps above on the second and third
openers.

Erase All Remote Control Codes
1. Press and hold the "learn" button (on the right side of the panel)
until the green indicator light flashes (about 5 seconds).
2. All transmitter codes are now erased.
Then follow the steps above to re-program each remote control.
