The 23110700 is a Remote Controller, which operating at 300MHz, and its frequency
is fixed, the end-user can not adjust the frequency themselves. It uses DIP coding
scheme, and it allows the end-user to changing the transmission code by DIP switch. The characteristic is as follows:
