How to install
Just insert CarKit to Cigar jack of your car.

Part Description
- Volume Up : Used for volume up
- Volume Down : Used for volume down
- Send : Used for calling, Answering, Voice call, Audio transfer, etc.
- End : Used for entering pairable mode, Hanging up a call
- LED Red : After impressig power, this lamp becomes on and indicates a sta
te
which is ready

- LED Blue : Used for showing a state the line is busy
(See LED indication section for additional information)
- Mic input : A port for connecting a microphone.
(A microphone outside is used for the handsfree)
- Earphone : Insert a earphone for a private call.
Power On
1. After installing the CarKit to cigar jack, start the car to impress power.
2. After impressing power, the Carkit plays a melody notifying it is booted.
3. If there is at least one device registered(paired) the Carkit will operate in th
e Ready mode - in which mode you can connect the Carkit and the registe
red phone by pressing SEND button or by using phone's bluetooth connect
function. Otherwise (there is no device registered in the Carkit's phone data
base) it will operate in the Pairable mode - in which mode you can register
the phone into the CarKit's phone database. (See LED indication section fo
r additional information)
Power Off
1. When car's operation is off or pulling out the CarKit from the cigar jack the
power will become down automatically.
Pairing
1, Press END button for more than 5 secs.
2. It will notify it is in pairable mode with a melody.
3. Flickering Red and Blue LED at a sec interval by turns means that it is op
erating as pairable mode. (See LED indication section for additional informati
on)
4. Register the CarKit to the Bluetooth enabled phone while the CarKit is in
pairable mode.
5. When registration is completed, a melody notifying registration is completed
will be played.
6. Requested Pin No. required while registering is 0000.
7. Example registering process :
1) Check if the CarKit is in the pairable mode.
2) If it is not in the pairable mode, you should press the END button for m
ore than 5 seconds to make the CarKit to enter the pairable mode.
3) Register with the Bluetooth enabled phone.
- Register using a Nokia phone :
Access the menu and scroll to "Bluetooth" → Select "Search for audio
accessories" → The display reads "SEEFreeKit 1.0" → Press "Select"
to make the connection → The display reads "Enter passcode" → typ
e "0000" → Press "Select"
- Register using a Samsung phone :
Select 'Menu No.6' → Select 'Environment configuration' → Select 'Reg
ister device' → The display reads 'XXXXXX' → press Menu No. 2' →
The display reads "SEEFreeKit 1.0" → Press 'Confirm' → Type "0000"
→ Wait until you can read 'Ready to connect'
- Register using a Ericsson phone :
Connect → Bluetooth → Extras → Bluetooth → Add devices → Phone
initiate → Headset → The display reads 'SEEFreeKit 1.0' → Add to d
evices → Type "0000" → You can read "Pairing succeeded"
Establishing connection between CarKit and Mobile phone
If you want to establish a connection between the Carkit and the mobile phone,
when there is no connection, you could do the following :
1. Press SEND button for less than one second
2. The carkit will try to connect to the paired mobile phone.
3. When connection is established, you can see that with your mobile ph
one’s display.
Making a call
(When an active call does not exsist)
1, Press SEND button for less than one second.
Hanging up a call
(When an active call exsists)
1. Press the END button.
Answering an incomming call
1. Press SEND or END.
Transferring audio between the phone and the CarKit
- Phone → CarKit : Press SEND while there is an active call.
- CarKit → Phone : Refer to your phone's manual
Muting speaker / microphone
- Mic mute :
1. Pressing Volume Up button and Volume Down button simultaneously toggl
es Mute mode.
2. A melody notifying mute mode rings once per 5 seconds.
- Speaker mute :
1. Adjust the volume to level 0.

Volume Up / Down
1. Adjust volume with the buttons located on the side of the CarKit.
2. If you press the Volume Up or Down button for a while, volume will be c
hanged continuously at the interval of 0.2 second.
3. There are 8 volume levels.

note : When the volume level is 0, the Red LED is on whatever the CarKit's sta
te is.
When the melodies generated
1. Power on
2. Start pairing
3. End pairing
4. Ring indication
5. SEND Button pushed
6. Volume Up / Down button pushed
7. Mic mute enabled.

in the device exceeding the RF exposure requirements and void user’s authority to operate th
e device.
