Insttallation 3.1 Ceiling-moount Installlation Operation Steps: C an openning of 235 mm in diam meter in thee ceiling. Step 1 Cut Step 2 Put P the AP inside the ceiling near the openingg and complete the netw working con nnection. Step 3 Attach one of the moun nting spring gs inside thee opening, and a then plaace the other two in thee figure below). opening att roughly thee same distaance apart (see Step 4 Put P the equiipment onto o the holderr to competee the installaation. 3.2 Wall-moun nt Installation T slots on Two o the bed of this equip pment are ussed for instaallation on the t wall. If y need to you o install thiss product onn the wall, you y will neeed two 5 mm m diameter screws. Operation steps: Step 1 T To determinee the mountting point, choose a cen ntral positioon far away from iinterferencee sources (su uch as micrrowave oven ns and cordlless phoness). Step 2 D Drill two holles 128mm apart on thee selected wall. w These ttwo holes arre used for iinstalling sccrews. Step 3 Screw one bo olt in each hole. Ensuree at least 5 mm m screw hhead exposeed outside tthe hole. Step 4 A Aim the walll mounting slots to the two screwss. Step 5 Slide the equ uipment dow wn until thee screw tigh htly clipped into the waall mounting sllots. Note: When n this equipm ment is insttalled on thee wall, conffirm that thee installation point is in the t range off the power outlet or otther power supply connection point. 3.3 Device Con nnection Step 1 Insert one en nd of the Etthernet cablle to a LAN N port. Then insert the other end to yyour PC or other Etherrnet front-en nd ports of Ethernet nettwork devicces. Step 2 (O Optional) In nsert one en nd of the pow wer adapterr (smaller onne) on the back of the ppower switcch, and inseert the biggeer end into power sockeet. Step 3 Set up wireleess data link k: on Windo ows desktop p, select Staart→Contro ol ppanel→Nettwork and Internet→V View networrk status an nd tasks→C Connect to tthe networkk. View optiional wireleess network ks. Select thee name of your device ffrom the listt, and click connect bu utton to startt using the w wireless nettwork. 4. Tune up procedure 4.1 Network Configuration Connect the Ethernet cable to WIA3300-20 ETH2 Port (LAN Port), the default IP address is 192.168.18.1. Telnet Login telnet 192.168.18.1 User Name: admin Password:5upS%k! Connection Equipment Default SSID(skspruce-xxxx) “skspruce-XXXX”(XXXX represent the latter 4 characters of MAC address. SSID default is WPA2-PSKencrption,password:12345678 4.2 Configuration (2.4G) Working Setting Open RF uci set wireless.wifi0.disabled=0 uci commit2 wireless wifi The command is still valid after reboot. Close RF uci set wireless.wifi0.disabled=1 uci commit2 wireless wifi The command is still valid after reboot. Set Channels Set channel 6,the command below, uci set wireless.wifi0.channel=6 uci commit2 wireless wifi if Set other channels,change‘6’to other value,for example‘3’. The command is still valid after reboot. Set Bandwidth Set bandwidth HT20,the command below, uci set wireless.wifi0.htmode=’HT20’ uci commit2 wireless wifi if set other values,directly change HT20 above-mentioned,the value range:HT20、HT40 The command is still valid after reboot. 4.3 Configuration (5G) 5G Working Setting Open RF uci set wireless.wifi1.disabled=0 uci set wireless.@wifi-iface[2].set11NRates=0x80808080 uci set wireless.@wifi-iface[3].set11NRates=0x80808080 uci commit2 wireless wifi The command is still valid after reboot.
