Insert the tip of the screwdriver into the hole thatthat is used to attached to your keychain and twist.  Inside thecase you will find a PCB and battery.  Make sure to avoid con-taminating the circuit board with liquids or oils because this couldharm the transmitter.  Replacement batteries can be purchasedfrom SPAL USA or your local battery retailer.
