WhatistheUWMS‐01?TheUniversalWirelessMonitoringSystem(“UWMS‐01”)enablesSprinttomonitorandcontrolitsnetworkdevices(“Devices”)suchasrepeatersandDASremotelyandwirelessly.Duetoitsuniversality,anyHTTP‐baseddeviceswithstandardEthernetinterfacecanbeconnectedtotheUWMS‐01.UsingtheUWMS‐01SprintwillbeabletoaccesstheDevicesconnectedtotheUWMS‐01tomonitorthemorchangetheirparameterswithoutvisitingthephysicalsite.ThiswirelessmonitoringandcontrolcapabilityenablesSprinttoproactivelydiagnoseandtroubleshootproblemsremotelyevenbeforeacustomercomplaintisreceived.Thistranslatesintolessnetworkmanagementcostsandincreasedcustomersatisfaction.Thismeansanytime,anywhereaccesstoSprint’sDevicesfromeverywhere.‐Higherdatathroughputusing1xEV‐DORev.Awirelessmodule‐Managingmultipledevices(upto8repeatersor32DASremotenodes)simultaneously‐Built‐in10/100MbpsswitchingHUB‐EightEthernetports‐ConversionofdrycontactalarmstoSNMPalarms‐TestedcompatibilitywiththefollowingDevices:ADRFRepeaters,AndrewION™‐B,DekolinkRepeaters,GSTeletechRepeaters,LGCFusion®,MobileAccess410,SKTelesysRepeaters,andR‐tronRepeaters.TheUWMS‐01worksseamlesslywithmultipleDevicesfromthedifferentmanufacturerslistedabove.ForthemostrecentlistofcompatibleDevices,pleasevisitwww.symtechnology.com.
