WIRELESS TAILGATE SPEAKER USER’S MANUAL I MUZ7005 ׳°±®¬¿²¬ Í¿º»¬§ Ю»½¿«¬·±²- When using your WIRELESS TAILGATE SPEAKER, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following: 1. READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING YOUR SPEAKER. 2. Do not allow children or the infirm to play with your speaker without adult supervision. 3. Do not expose your speaker to excessive heat, flames or fire. 4. Always press all buttons or switches carefully. Do not manhandle your speaker. 5. Do not use in extremely dry environments, as this can lead to static discharge during usage. 6. Do not expose your speaker to temperatures above 40°C. Keep out of direct sunlight. 7. Do not attempt to repair this product yourself. Contact a qualified service center if your speaker is in need of service. 8. Do not drop, puncture or expose your speaker to excessive trauma. 9. Your speaker is not intended for commercial use. 10. Do not place near objects that generate a strong magnetic field. 11. Unplug your speaker when not in use for long periods of time or during lightning storms. 12. Use a soft cloth to clean your speaker. Never use any harsh chemicals or detergents. Make sure your speaker is dry before charging. 13. Please recycle or dispose of your speaker properly based on the laws and rules of your municipality. BE CARE OF TOUCH 1. The USB charging cable has a Micro USB plug and a standard USB plug. 2. Insert the USB charging cable’s Micro USB plug into the DC 5V charging port on the back of your speaker. 3. Insert the USB charging cable’s standard USB plug into the USB port of a computer or suitable USB charging adapter. Each subsequent charge can take approximately 1-2 hours to complete when the battery is fully drained. --Remove the charging cable once charging is complete. A battery symbol will appear on the display screen when your speaker is powered on to indicate how much battery power is remaining. --A charged battery will lose its capacity if it is not used on a regular basis. Rotate the ON/OFF Knob to the right in order to power on your speaker. Rotate it all the way to the left to power off your speaker. 2. Once your speaker is powered on, your speaker’s subwoofer will illuminate, displaying an exciting array of colors. Í»´»½¬·²¹ ¿ Ó±¼» Mode Button (press repeatedly to toggle through the various modes) BUTTON CONSOLE Once your speaker is powered on, you can press the Mode Button repeatedly to choose where your speaker will play music from. You can select from the following modes as shown on the Display Screen: bLUE: Select this mode in order to play music from a Bluetooth sound source. Make sure this mode is selected before pairing your Bluetooth audio device with your speaker. AUX: Select this mode in order to play music from an audio source connected to the speaker’s Auxiliary Input Jack, USB: Select this mode in order to play music from a thumb drive or similar device inserted into your speaker’s USB Port. SD: Select this mode in order to play music from a TF or Micro SD memory card inserted into your speaker’s TF Memory Card Slot. Your speaker can play .MP3, or .WAV music files stored on your memory card. Radio (station displayed): Select this mode to listen to FM radio stations. When selected, the station you are tuned in to will display on the screen. Press and hold the button in order to search for available stations. Or press the button, or button repeatedly to toggle through stations. Rotate the ON/OFF Knob to the right in order to power on your speaker. 2. Press the Mode Button repeatedly until you are in Bluetooth mode. 3. “bLUE” will appear on the Display screen to indicate that you are in Bluetooth mode. MUZ7005 Paired Pairing Mode RED FLASHING 4. The bLUE symbol will flash to indicate that your speaker is ready to be paired. 5. Go to the Bluetooth settings menu on your phone. Make sure that Bluetooth is turned on. Connect to the device listed as “MUZ7005.” 6. The bLUE symbol will stop flashing and keep shining steadily to indicate that your speaker is paired with your phone. Ë-·²¹ ÌØÛ ÞËÌÌÑÒ ÐßÒÛÔ Mode Button Previous Track BUTTON CONSOLE 1. Press the Mode Button repeatedly to toggle through the various modes. See page 6 for more information on selecting modes. BUTTON CONSOLE 2. Press the Previous Track Button to go to the last song that was played from a playlist. This feature may not be available when listening to music from a device connected through the Auxiliary Import Jack. Next Track Play/Pause BUTTON CONSOLE 3. Press the Play/Pause Button to play or pause the song currently queued in your playlist. BUTTON CONSOLE 4. Press the Next Track Button to go to the next song on your playlist. You can also plug in a guitar (not included) and strum along with your music. Never use any harsh chemicals or detergents. Make sure your speaker is dry before using. -When your speaker is not in use, it should be stored in a cool, dry place. -Never tug or yank on either any cables while they are connected to your speaker. Connect and disconnect these cables as carefully as possible. -Never expose your speaker to high temperatures, extreme cold, high humidity or excessive moisture or water. -Please recycle or dispose of your speaker properly based on the laws and rules of your municipality. Contact local recycling facilities and/or the manufacturer of your speaker for further information. This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. It is your responsibility to properly package and send any defective products along with a dated copy of proof of purchase, a written explanation of the problem, and a valid return address to the authorized service center at your expense. Do not include any other items or accessories with the defective product.
