Connect the device and the charger, and then plug the charger into an electric socket. Once pairing is complete, the device attempts to reconnect each time you turn it on.Option 1: Manual Pairing1 Slide the power switch all the way to the right for 3seconds to enter Pairing mode.• The indicator light turns blue for 3 minutes.2 Activate the Bluetooth feature on the smartphone,scan for the device, and then select the device name “Samsung Game Pad EI-GP20” from the list of available devices. For more details, refer to the mobile device’s user manual.Option 2: Pairing via NFC1 Activate the NFC and Bluetooth feature on thesmartphone. Make sure to unlock the smartphone before using the NFC feature.2 Turn the device on, and then the device’s back, theNFC logo, to the smartphone’s NFC antenna until NFC pairing completes.• Some of NFC-enabled devices may not supportthis feature.• To locate the mobile device’s NFC antenna andactivate NFC, refer to the mobile device’s user manual.Reconnecting and disconnectingReconnectingIf the connection is lost while in use, press any button or use the Bluetooth menu on the smartphone.Make sure the device is turned on, and the smartphone’s Bluetooth feature is activated.DisconnectingTurn off the device or use the Bluetooth menu on the smartphone.Attaching a smartphone to the device1 Pull out the holder from the device.Do not pull out the holder excessively.
