3 seconds to turn the Anynet+ function on or off.

the Soundbar with the remote from an Anynet+ compatible Samsung

the kind of wan you have (plaster board, iron board, wood,

Purchase wan mounting screws according to the type and

4. Secure the two hotder screws to the screw holes on the back
of the Soundbar's main body, one on the 1eftand one on the

5. Insert the USBcable into the back of the Soundbar before
installing it on the watt,
6. Set the hotder screws on the back of the Soundbar into the grooves of the watt mount_
For safe installation, make sure to push the hotder screws att the way to the bottom of the grooves,

THE WIRELESS SUBWOOFER

The Subwoofer's 1inking ID is preset at the factoB_and the main unit and subwoofer should 1ink(connect
wirelessly) automatically when the main unit and subwoofer are turned on_ If the Link indicator ( d_, ) does not
tight when the main unit and subwoofer are turned on, ptease set the ID by following the procedure betow_

Before moving or installing the product, be sure to turn off the power and disconnect the power
cord.
tf the main unit is powered off, the wireless subwoofer wit1be in standby mode and the STANDBY
LED on the upper side wit1come on after the Link indicator (Blue LED) blinks for 30 seconds.
tf you use a device that uses the same frequency (2.4GHz) as the Soundbar near the Soundbar,
intederence may cause some sound interruption.
The transmission distance of the wireless signat between the main unit and subwoofer is about 33
ft. but may va6, depending on your operating environment tf a steel-concrete or metallic watt is
between the main unit and the wireless subwoofer, the system may not operate at att, because the
wireless signat cannot penetrate metat.
tf the main unit doesn't make a wireless connection, fottow steps t -5 to re-set the connection
between the main unit and wireless subwoofer.

_ The wireless receiving antenna is buitt into the wireless subwoofer. Keepthe unit away from water
and moisture.
For optima1 listening performance, make sure that the area around the wireless subwoofer tocation
is dear of any obstructions.

SOFYWARE UPDATE

Samsung may offer updates for the Soundbar's
system firmware in the future.

Insert a USBdevice containing the
firmware update into the USBpo_ on the
main unit.

tf an update is offered, you can update the firmware
by connecting a USBdevice with the firmware
update stored on it to the USBport on your
Soundbar.

o Updating firmware may not work properly
if audio files supported by the Soundbar
are stored in the USBstorage device.

Note that if there are multiple update rites, you must
toad them onto the USBdevice singly and use them
to update the firmware one rite at a time.

o Do not disconnect the power or remove
the USBdevice while updates are being
applied. The main unit will turn off
automatically after completing the
firmware update.

Pteasevisit samsung.com or contact the Samsung
cat1center to receive more information about
downloading updates rites.

After reset, all settings are reset to their
facto,3, default settings. Wt_recommend
you write down your settings so that you
can easily reset them after the update.
Note that updating firmware resets
subwoofer connection too. tf connection
to the subwoofer is not established
automaticaly after resetting,
refer to page 13.
tf the firmware fails to update, we
recommend formatting the USBdevice in
FAT16 and trying again.
Once the software update is completed,
turn off the product and then press and
hold the ( _-II ) button on the remote
control for more than 5 seconds. "INIT"
appears on the display and the unit is
powered off. The updgrade is complete.
Do not format the USBdevice in the NTFS
format. The Soundbar does not support
the NTFSfile system.
o Depending on the manufacturer, some
USBdevices may not be supposed.
