Troubleshooting After the SS-300-AT—C-55 AP/Sensor is powered ON and connected to Ethernet, if the status of LED 1 (Power) remalns Solid Orange, it indlcates that the AP/Sensor is not able to function normally. The followmg guidelines may help you to quickly diagnose and fix the problem. LED Status - 7 WI-Fl Ethernet Power W“ “"5 " "“3" Any Solld Green Solld Orange No actlve Ethernet link‘ Any Fast Bllnk Solid Orange Did not receive a valld w address iria DHCP’ Any Slow Bllnk Solld Orange Unable to connectwthe AerIght (loud or Servers Solld Green Any Solld Orange Radlo interrace error‘ 1 Make sure that the Ethernet cable ls plugged into the correct port on the SSVSUOVATVCVSS and the other end ofthe cable IS plugged into an Ethernetyack or a port on a switch that IS turned ON. 2 If the SSV3UOVATVC755 AP/Sensor did not recelve a valid IP address from the DHCP server, make sure that a DHCP server IS ON and avallable on the VLAN/subnet to whlch the AP/Sensor ls connected, lfthe AP/Sensor Still fails to get a valid IP address, you can reboot it once to see lfthe problem IS resolved. 3 If you are usmg AirTight Cloud Services, make sure that Internet connectivlty is available from the VLAN/subnet to whlch the AP/Sensor IS connected. Check If the requlred ports for AP/Sensor and Server communication , UDP 3851, default HTTP (TCP port 80), and default HTTPS (TCP port 443) , are open on the Firewall. lfyou are using a Proxy Web accelerator or URL content filterlng, make sure the settings allow communlcatlon between the AP/Sensol and Server. 4This IS a rare occurrence and usually lndlcates a fallure ofthe WIVFI radlo. Try rebooting the AP/Sensor once to check if it functions normally.
