» Recommended for athletes over 14 years old. Athletes under 18 years of age should use under strict adult supervision.

» Always use on a flat surface.
» Keep children and pets away from the equipment at all times. Do not leave children unattended in the same room with equipment.
» Only one person at a time should use the equipment.
» If the user experiences dizziness, nausea, chest pain, or other abnormal symptoms, stop the workout and consult a
physician immediately.
» Always wear appropriate workout clothing and footwear when exercising. Do not wear robes or other clothing that could become
caught in the equipment.
» Use the equipment only for its intended use as described in this manual.
» Before using the equipment, always warm up properly.
» Never operate the Plyo Boxes if not functioning properly.

TO AVOID INJURY:
» Never exercise alone.
» When learning to use the plyometric boxes, always train under the supervision of a trained coach or fitness professional.
» Never jump from box to box. Jump only from floor to box and box to floor to prevent tripping and falling.
» Never use as a step stool or ladder.
» Always use on a flat, level ground with a minimum clearance of 5 feet between your head and the ceiling when standing fully
upright on the box.
» Never stack the boxes during use.
» Maximum weight limit on Plyo Boxes: 300 lbs
