SVP720 User Manual Our Application A quick guide to get you started using the Danale Application 1. Creatte an Ac 2.1 Account Registratiion nale app on yyour phone and the 1 Oppen the Dan login sccreen will apppear (pictuure on left), 2 Cliick “Create New Accouunt” (bottom m of the login sccreen), 3 Reegister usingg your phonne number or o email addresss, 4 Preess “Next” and a a verification codee will be sent to you via textt or email, 5 Ennter the veriffication codde and click k “Next”, 6 Sett your passw word. Addin ng the F First Dev vice 3.1 Some useful info before add ding your device ke sure you ur home Wi--Fi environm ment is 1 Mak function ning properrly, 2 Takke note of yo our home W Wi-Fi name and passwo ord, 3 Mak ke sure you ur phone/tab blet is conneected to the same W Wi-Fi network you wannt to set yourr device up on, 4 Enssure you aree using a 2.44 GHz WiFii connecttion 5 Resset your dev vice by presssing the reset button on the bback of the device. Share Videeo Feed withh a Friend. 4.2 How to wa atch Live V Video 1 Click on the desireed video feeed on the Main Ma Screen, 2 The Deevice Screenn will appeaar (pictured to the rightt) 3 You caan now watch your livve video feeed, User Guide Page 4 Please note, if you u want to revview historiical video or receiive video allerts, you m must purchasse a cloud video suubscription. 1 From thhe Device Screen, you can: Share yourr video feed with another user i. a. Click “sharre device icoon” then en nter the desired useername of w who you wan nt to share your devicee with, ii. Talk or listten via yourr device, a. Click the “m microphonee” to talk to the device or click thee “Audio” bbutton to heaar what’s going on arround your device (botth can feautures can be used simeoltanio ously) , iii. Access tile view or fulllscreen, a. View all yo our device vvideo feeds at the samee time or see just one deevice in fullscreen, iv. Capture or Record, a. Capture or Record a seegment of your live video storaage for later viewing, i. Your video o will save tto in your sm martphone or tablet’s picture app.., v. Review or purchase a cloud video subscription, a. See section n 7.5 Cloud Video for further information n, vi. Review dev vice messagges, vii. Adjust device settings, a. From this screen, you may input a friend or a family member’s useername and d select a u would like to share wiith them device you iii. By swiping g left, you m may delete (revoke) sharing perrmissions frrom any useer that you previously shared withh. 5.6 6 Settings 1 To chan nge autoplaay settings aand view gen neral informaation, includ ding: Termss of Servicee, Privacy Policy, Version Nu umber, and the About Section ce Inform mation and Settings 6. Devic To access device informattion and setttings, click on the desiired device from the main m screen tthen click on o the dev vice setting icon in the upper right hand corner of the screeen. 6.1 Product IInformatio on and Name 1 Click on product in nformation to view thee name, device IID, and model of your camera. 2 Security Settings 6.2 otion and soound detectiion controlss, 1 To acceess your mo click onn “Security settings” frrom the Devvice Settingss screen. 2 Motion n and sound detection sensitivity caan be adjusted d or detection can be completely shut off from th his screen. 6.3 Device Settings 1 Networrk Settings User Guide Page i. To reconfig gure the nettwork that your device is on you click on “connfigure netw work” from the Networrk Settings sscreen. a. Please make sure yoour phone orr tablet is d to the netw work you would like connected to changee your devicce to and that your device is close enoug gh to this neetwork’s router to make a connnection. ii. dettails like IP address, To access network port inform mation, and gateway infformation, click on “N Network parrameter settiings” fro the Networrk setting sccreen 2 Time Settings i. To configu ure the devicces time, cliick on “Time settiings” from tthe Device setting screen. 3 Mains frequency i. To configu ure the frequuency, click k on “Mains frequency”” from the D Device settin ng screen. ii. Allow togg gling betweeen 50 and 60 Hz if traveling to o different rregions with h an alternate frrequency. 4 SD card d managem ment (if suppported by yo our device) i. To configu ure a schedu ule for recorrding video on your SD D card, clickk on “SD caard managemen nt” from thee Device seetting screen n. ii. Set the hou urs and dayss you would d like to record dataa to your SD D card. a. Please insure that ann SD card haas been nto your devvice before configuring g. placed in b.. To formaat your SD ccard, pleasee see next section. 5 Initializzation User Guide Pa age 10 i. Restart Dev vice a. To perform m a device reestart, navig gate to the Device Settting screen, click “Initiialization” and then cllick “Restarrt Device.” ii. Format SD D card a. To reformaat your SD ccard, navigaate to the Device Settting screen, click “Initiialization” and then cllick “Formaat SD card.”” iii. Restore to factory settiings a. To restore your devicee to factory settings, navigate to o the Devicee Setting scrreen, click “Initializatiion” and theen click “Reestore to factory setttings.” 6.4 Firmware 1 Display y your devicce’s firmwaare version i. Click on th he device settting icon and a then click on firrmware. 5 Delete De evice 6.5 1 To deleete your dev vice i. If you wou uld like to asssociate you ur device with anotheer account, you should delete and perform a hard reset of your devicce before attempting to add it aggain. a. Delete yo our device bby clicking on o device setting iccon and thenn clicking “D Delete.” b.. Perform a hard resett by locating g the reset button on n the back of o your device and holding itt down for 10 seconds..
