Plug in your Counter to
the power supply
Plug in the Counter using the power cable and the adaptor
provided.
Have a look at the blue label, this is where the ID of your
Counter is located, you’ll need this ID at step 2.

Set up your my.smiirl
account
> Go to http://my.smiirl.com
> Login with your Facebook
account with the FB log-in
button. You can also sign up
using the traditional email &
password system.
> Start the installation process
located at the bottom of the
page.
> Enter your object ID & the full
address (url) of the Facebook
page you want to monitor.

Connect your Counter to
wi-fi
> Now you need to connect
your laptop/smartphone to the
Wifi network « SmiirlSetup »
broadcasted by your Counter.
> Use your web browser
(internet explorer, chrome,
firefox, safari…) and go to the
url : http://192.168.1.1
> Select your Wifi network and
its password.
> Click next.
Voila!
Your Counter is now
connected to the Wifi and
ready to count your likes!
Understand your Counter
Sometime your Counter will try to
communicate with you. Here is a
little dictionary that will help you
understand what it’s saying.
If the first flap displays stripes:
your Counter is broadcasting a
Wifi network «SmiirlSetup »
> Go to step 2
You are connected to the Wifi
broadcasted by your Counter.
Your Counter is successfully
associated to your Wifi network.
Good job !
Your Counter has an IP address.
Well done !
Your Counter can communicate
with Smiirl servers. Perfect !
Your Counter is fully connected
to the internet and is missing
informations from my.smiirl.com

personnel are allowed to service or repair your device or its battery or

with flammable gas such as a petrol station.
• The device and charger are not water-resistant. Keep them dry and
avoid using your device in a damp environment.
• Protect your device and charger from water or vapour and prevent
them from being intentionally or unintentionally soaked or washed in
liquid.
• Do not expose your device to dust or corrosive liquids.
• On a stormy day with thunder, do not use your device, to prevent any
possible danger caused by lightning.
• If the power cable or charger is damaged, or the plug loosens, stop
using the cable and/or charger at once. Otherwise, it may lead to an
electric shock, a short circuit of the charger or a fire.
• Avoid dropping your device or charger.
• Make sure to plug the cables properly.
