You will need to tell your phone to ‘forget this device’ in order to re-establish a connecon between your device and your Solarbank.If you are having trouble connecng, it’s possible your friend has already connected. If this is the case, turn bluetooth off on the other device, turn bluetooth on with the desired device. Power the Solarbank down by holding power buon for 2 seconds. Then aer it is off, turn back on by pressing the power buon down for 2 seconds again. If it does not connect automacally, go to the Bluetooth sengs on the desired device, and connect by manually pressing to connect to ‘Solarbank by Solgaard’.TROUBLESHOOTING CONNECTION ISSUESFactory resetThis equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and  used  in  accordance  with  the  instrucons,  may  cause  harmful  interference  to  radio communicaons.  However,  there  is  no  guarantee  that  interference  will  not  occur  in  a parcular installaon. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television recepon,  which  can  be  determined  by  turning  the  equipment  off  and  on,  the  user  is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:-Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.-Increase the separaon between the equipment and receiver.-Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.-Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.The device has been evaluated to meet general RF exposure requirement. To maintain compliance with FCC’s RF exposure guidelines, this equipment should be installed and operated with a minimum distance of 20cm between the radiator and your body.CAUTION:

However it can also generate power in daylight with non-direct sunlight.In ideal sunlight it will generate approximately 450Ah per hour.2.
