If none of the above is working, press and hold the on/off buon for 3 seconds to
reset the Solarbank. You will need to tell your phone to ‘forget this device’ in order to
re-establish a connecon between your device and your Solarbank.
If you are having trouble connecng, it’s possible your friend has already
connected. If this is the case, turn bluetooth off on the other device, turn
bluetooth on with the desired device. Power the Solarbank down by
holding power buon for 2 seconds. Then aer it is off, turn back on by
pressing the power buon down for 2 seconds again. If it does not
connect automacally, go to the Bluetooth sengs on the desired device,
and connect by manually pressing to connect to ‘Solarbank by Solgaard’.
TROUBLESHOOTING CONNECTION ISSUES
Factory reset
This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed
and used in accordance with the instrucons, may cause harmful interference to radio
communicaons. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a
parcular installaon. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television
recepon, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is
encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:
-Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
-Increase the separaon between the equipment and receiver.
-Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver
is connected.
-Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
The device has been evaluated to meet general RF exposure requirement.
To maintain compliance with FCC’s RF exposure guidelines, this equipment should be installed
and operated with a minimum distance of 20cm between the radiator and your body.

The upper large USB port will charge at 1a output, the
lower USB port will charge at high speed 2.4a output.

We suggest to charge fully via USB, then solar keeps your powerbank topped up.
2 hours of good light per day and a 50% smartphone top up = endless power.
To charge Solarbank from 0-100% takes around 30 hours of ideal sunlight.
The solar power generates power in sunlight best. However it can also
generate power in daylight with non-direct sunlight.
In ideal sunlight it will generate approximately 450Ah per hour.

To solar charge your smartphone:
In Bluetooth search mode the device will automacally connect to a recognized
device or it will stay in search mode unl you pair a new device.
We’ve made Solarbank as simple as possible for use. The single buon funcon
makes it very easy. Also, because of the massive baery, it means you’ll get over 100
hours of playback me via Bluetooth even if you don’t get any solar power. Any solar
power will give you even more music me!

Connect AUX cable to disable Bluetooth mode and enter AUX mode.
