Sonnax tubing from Alcoa® is the best foundation for a
driveshaft that’s easy to build and balance. It’s the ideal
way to increase strength and critical speed, whether
you’re replacing thin wall OE aluminum/steel tubing or
converting from a steel two-piece to an aluminum,
one-piece driveshaft.
Tubing features a .125" thick wall for torque yields of
up to 7,303 ft-lbs. (5" tubing), a dramatic improvement
compared to the weaker OE .083" and .065" thick tubing.

Sonnax chromoly steel flange yoke T3-2-809S fits ‘63–‘79 Corvette
applications with a 2.75" (male) pilot hole. It is not a direct replacement
yoke and must be installed on a new half-shaft.

Adapter Flange Yokes

two-piece driveline to a one-piece, U-joint style driveline.
Combined with Sonnax tubing and weld yokes, these
unique flanges dramatically increase strength and
durability while reducing future maintenance costs.

What vehicles do these flanges fit?
Measure bolt circle diameter as well as
pinion and output flange bolt hole diameters
to determine if these yokes will fit your build.

Some slip yokes have missing splines, so always
count the splines on the transmission output shaft.

A slip yoke counterbore is a short lead
without spline in the end of the yoke.

Aftermarket yokes may have different barrel lengths than OE yokes, so this is not a critical
dimension for identifying which yoke will fit a shaft. Find part details at www.sonnax.com.

Sonnax warrants to the purchaser that each part manufactured or supplied by Sonnax will be free from defects in material or in factory workmanship.
The warranty period shall extend for six (6) months from the date of sale. Sonnax must receive all warranty claims before the end of the warranty period.
If Sonnax determines that the part is defective in material or in factory workmanship, Sonnax will, at its option, repair or replace the defective part,
or issue an account credit for the purchase price. This remedy is Sonnax’s sole liability and the sole remedy provided by Sonnax for any breach of warranty.

This warranty will not cover: Removal and replacement labor costs; Loss of time, inconvenience or other consequential damage; Any Sonnax part that has been:
Subject to misuse, negligence; alteration or improper maintenance; Improperly installed in the judgment of Sonnax, so as to adversely affect its performance and reliability.
This warranty is the only warranty applicable to parts manufactured or supplied by Sonnax, and is expressly in lieu of any other warranties, expressed or implied, including any
implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Any representations or descriptions in brochures, ads or catalogs are approximate only and will not create
