Introduction

The VH110 Bluetooth™ Handsfree can be connected to any
Bluetooth™ compatible device that supports the headset.
This User guide focuses on use with a Sony Ericsson mobile
phone.
Charging
Before using the headset for the first time, you need to
charge it with the supplied charger for 8 hours (See
illustration 2). The normal charging time is 2.5 hours. Use
Sony Ericsson chargers only.
Turning on and off
To turn on the headset
•Press and hold down until the indicator shows a
steady green or red light. (If the light is red, the headset
needs charging.) After 3 seconds, the light turns off and
the headset is on.
To turn off the headset
•Press and hold down until the indicator shows a green
or red light. (If the light is red, the headset needs
charging.) After 3 seconds, the light turns off and the
headset is off.

Batería
Una batería que no se ha utilizado con frecuencia o una
batería nueva pueden tener reducida la capacidad. Es posible

Llamadas

Para realizar una llamada

Para responder a una segunda llamada
•Pulse la tecla de llamada. La llamada en curso quedará
en espera.
Para silenciar el micrófono durante una llamada
•Pulse las dos teclas de volumen simultáneamente. Para
volver a activarlo, pulse las dos teclas de volumen
simultáneamente.
Para cambiar el volumen del altavoz para el oído
•Durante la llamada, pulse una tecla de volumen.
Transferencia de sonido
Para transferir el sonido del auricular al teléfono
•Consulte Transferencia de sonido a y desde un

Encender el auricular

El manos libres VH110 Bluetooth™ puede conectarse a

Carga
Antes de utilizar el auricular por primera vez, es necesario que

Calling
When you have paired the headset with your phone, you
can make and receive calls as long as the headset is turned
on.
To make a call
•Dial the number using the phone keys. The call is
automatically activated in the headset.
To end a call
•Press the end call key.
To answer a call
•A signal indicates an incoming call. Press the call key.
To reject a call
•A signal indicates an incoming call. Press and hold down
the call key.
To answer a second call
•Press the call key. The ongoing call is put on hold.
To mute the microphone during a call
•Press both volume keys simultaneously. To turn on the
microphone again, press both volume keys
simultaneously.
To change the ear speaker volume
•During a call, press a volume key.
Transferring sound
To transfer the sound from the headset to the phone
•See Transferring sound to and from a Bluetooth
handsfree in the phone User guide.

Pairing the headset
Pairing the headset with a phone
To use the headset with a phone, you need to pair the
headset with the phone. After successful pairing, the
headset connects automatically to the phone as soon as
the headset is turned on and within range.
To pair the headset with a phone
1Make sure the headset is turned off.
2Turn on the Bluetooth function in the phone. For
instructions, see the phone User guide.
3Turn on Bluetooth visibility in the phone. This makes the
phone visible to other Bluetooth devices.
4Place the phone within 20 cm (8 inches) of the headset.
5Press and hold down on the headset for about 5
seconds until the indicator light flashes green and red
alternately.
6Auto pairing in your phone: When asked to add the
VH110, follow the instructions that appear.
7Normal pairing in your phone: Search for and add a new
device.
8If a passcode is required, enter 0000.
Putting on the headset
To put on the headset
•Slide the ear hook behind your ear and point the
microphone towards your mouth. See illustration 3 and
4.
You can use the headset with or without the ear hook.
You can also use the headset either on the left or right
ear. See illustration 5.

Battery
A battery that has been infrequently used, or a new one,
could have reduced capacity. You may need to recharge it
a number of times. When the battery level is low, the
indicator light flashes red and you hear a low beep. If you
do not charge the headset, it turns off after 10 minutes.

Charge
Avant d’utiliser l’oreillette pour la première fois, vous devez la
charger pendant 8 heures à l’aide du chargeur fourni (voir
l'illustration 2). La durée d’une charge normale est de 2,5 heures.
Utilisez uniquement des chargeurs Sony Ericsson.
Activation et désactivation

•Maintenez enfoncée la touche jusqu'à ce que le
témoin s'allume en vert ou en rouge. (Si le témoin est
rouge, l'oreillette doit être rechargée.) Le témoin s'éteint
après 3 secondes et l'oreillette se met sous tension.
Pour mettre l’oreillette hors tension
•Maintenez enfoncée la touche jusqu'à ce que le
témoin s'allume en vert ou en rouge. (Si le témoin est
rouge, l'oreillette doit être rechargée.) Le témoin s'éteint
après 3 secondes et l'oreillette se met hors tension.
Jumelage de l’oreillette
Jumelage de l’oreillette avec un téléphone
Pour utiliser l’oreillette avec un téléphone, vous devez la jumeler
avec celui-ci. Quand le jumelage a réussi, l’oreillette se connecte
automatiquement au téléphone dès qu’elle est mise sous
tension et qu’elle est à la portée de celui-ci.
Pour jumeler l’oreillette avec un téléphone
1Assurez-vous que l’oreillette est hors tension.
2Activez la fonction Bluetooth sur le téléphone. Pour plus
d’informations, reportez-vous au Guide de l’utilisateur du
téléphone.

3Activez la visibilité Bluetooth sur le téléphone. Le
téléphone est alors visible par les autres dispositifs
Bluetooth.
4Placez le téléphone à moins de 20 cm (8 pouces) de
l’oreillette.
5Maintenez enfoncée la touche de l'oreillette pendant
5 secondes environ jusqu'à ce que le témoin clignote
alternativement en vert et rouge.
6Jumelage automatique sur votre téléphone : Lorsque
vous êtes invité à ajouter le VH110, suivez les instructions
qui apparaissent.
7Jumelage normal sur votre téléphone: Recherchez ou
ajoutez un nouvel appareil.
8Si un code d’accès est nécessaire, saisissez 0000.
Port de l’oreillette
Pour mettre l’oreillette en place
•Glissez le contour d’oreille derrière l’oreille et dirigez le
micro vers la bouche. Reportez-vous aux illustration 3
et 4.
Vous pouvez utiliser l’oreillette avec ou sans le contour
d’oreille. Vous pouvez aussi accrocher l’oreillette à l’oreille
gauche ou à l’oreille droite. Reportez-vous à l’illustration 5.
Appel
Une fois l’oreillette jumelée au téléphone, vous pouvez émettre
et recevoir des appels aussi longtemps que l’oreillette est sous
tension.
Pour émettre un appel
•Composez le numéro à l’aide des touches du téléphone.
L’appel est automatiquement activé sur l’oreillette.

So ändern Sie die Lautstärke im Ohrhörer:
•Drücken Sie während eines Anrufs eine Lautstärketaste.
Tonübertragung
So übertragen Sie den Ton vom Headset zum Telefon:
•Weitere Informationen enthält der Abschnitt Übertragen
von Ton zwischen Telefon und Bluetooth-
Freisprecheinrichtung in der Bedienungsanleitung des
Telefons.
Akku
Ein neuer oder nur selten benutzter Akku kann eine reduzierte
Kapazität aufweisen. Er muss dann einige Male geladen werden.
Bei niedrigem Akkuladestand blinkt die Anzeigeleuchte.
Außerdem wird ein tiefer Signalton ausgegeben. Das Headset
wird nach 10 Minuten ausgeschaltet, wenn Sie es nicht laden.

3Schalten Sie die Bluetooth-Sichtbarkeit im Telefon ein.
Dadurch wird das Telefon für andere Bluetooth-Geräte
sichtbar.
4Bringen Sie das Telefon in eine Entfernung von maximal
20 cm (8 Zoll) zum Headset.
5Drücken und halten Sie am Headset ca. 5 Sekunden,
bis die Anzeigeleuchte abwechselnd grün und rot blinkt.
6Automatisches Koppeln mit dem Telefon: Befolgen Sie
die angezeigten Anweisungen, wenn Sie aufgefordert
werden, das VH110 hinzuzufügen.
7Normales Koppeln mit dem Telefon: Suchen Sie nach
einem neuen Gerät und fügen Sie es hinzu.
8Geben Sie 0000 ein, wenn eine Kennung angefordert
wird.
Headset einschalten
So legen Sie das Headset an:
•Schieben Sie den Ohrbügel hinter Ihr Ohr und richten Sie
das Mikrofon auf Ihren Mund aus. Beachten Sie die
Abbildungen 3 und 4.
Sie können das Headset mit oder ohne Ohrbügel benutzen.
Sie können das Headset außerdem am linken oder am
rechten Ohr tragen. Beachten Sie Abbildung 5.
Anrufen
Nachdem Sie das Headset mit dem Telefon gekoppelt haben,
können Sie Anrufe tätigen bzw. annehmen, sofern das Headset
eingeschaltet ist.
So tätigen Sie einen Anruf:
•Wählen Sie die Nummer mit den Tasten des Telefons. Der
Anruf wird automatisch zum Headset übertragen.

Ericsson.

Pour terminer un appel

Transfert du son
Pour transférer le son de l’oreillette au téléphone
•Reportez-vous à la section Transfert de son vers/depuis
un mains libres Bluetooth du Guide de l’utilisateur du
téléphone.
Batterie
Une batterie qui n’est pas régulièrement utilisée ou qui est neuve
peut présenter une capacité réduite. Il est possible que vous
deviez la recharger plusieurs fois. Quand le niveau de la batterie
est faible, le voyant clignote en rouge et vous entendez un faible
signal sonore. Si vous ne rechargez pas l’oreillette, elle se met
automatiquement hors tension après 10 minutes.

Laden

Koppeln des Headsets
Koppeln des Headsets mit einem Telefon
Damit Sie das Headset mit einem Telefon verwenden können,
müssen Sie es mit diesem Telefon koppeln. Nach der Kopplung
stellt das Headset die Verbindung zum Telefon automatisch her,
sofern es eingeschaltet ist und sich in Reichweite befindet.
So koppeln Sie das Headset mit einem Telefon:
1Das Headset muss ausgeschaltet sein.
2Schalten Sie die Bluetooth-Funktion des Telefons ein.
