The Microphone (M) rating and T-coil (T) rating isdefined and labeled on the handset box. Devices meetingHAC compliance must have a minimum M3 and/or T3rating or above as defined by the FCC in accordance withthe latest ANSI Standard C63.19. The (M) rating refers tolower RF emission levels of the handset. The (T) ratingrefers to the magnetic coupling between the handset andthe T-coil compatible hearing aid. Some hearing aids arealso provided an (M) rating, and are more immune thanothers to interference. To determine the (M) rating of yourhearing aid, please contact your hearing healthprofessional.
