INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR MODEL 1000StatSIGNAL Systems, Inc.Atlanta, GeorgiaModel 1000 Repeater/TransceiverFCCID:  PK9R001This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the followingtwo conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this devicemust accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesiredoperation.Use the instructions below to install the Repeater Module for the StatSIGNAL System1. Remove the unit from its shipping carton.2. Identify a shelf or table top close to a window or outside wall which is between therepeater and the units to which it will communicate.  Air flow to the unit may beblocked because the unit generates very little heat (less than 200 milliwatts).3. Set the Repeater on the shelf or table top with its antenna in a vertical position.4. Connect 110VAC to the unit using the power cord for the Repeater.  The unitrequires less than 0.002 amps.At this point, the Repeater is ready to function.  The Site Controller will load all necessarydata to it when the unit is found by that controller.This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digitaldevice, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules.  These limits are designed to providereasonable protection against harmful radio frequency energy and, if not installed andused in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radiocommunications.  However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in aparticular installation.  If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio ortelevision reception, which can be determined by turning the Model 1000 off, the user isencouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:-Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.-Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.-Consult StatSIGNAL or an experienced radio/TC technician for help.
