CI Previous reads View reco rds When this item is selected by pressing the Enter key the following screen will be shown. Use the up and down arrow keys to highlight the desired selection. By selecting the Yes menu item. and pressing the Enter key. all of the stored records will be erased. Selecting No will return you to the previous menu. NOTE: This will permanently erase all records. and they cannot be retrieved. uErase all records Press the back key, or the main key to return to the main menu screen. The Izmt item on the screen is the Configuration menu. Press the up or down keys until Configuration is highlighted. Then press the Enter key. The only difference is that you can get to this screen without reading a tag. To select the PSI limits screen depress the Enter key. The following screen will appear. -PSI limits L.“ L;, A,, r ' High PSI limit 110 With the PSI low point "highlighted" then depress the right arrow key to reach the PSI value field. Then change the PSI value field by depressing the up/down arrow keys for increments or decrements to the PSI value desired. To change the PSI high point use the down arrow key to highlight the PSI high point line. Then depress the right arrow key to reach the PS] value field. Then change the PSI value field by depressing the up/down arrow keys for increments or decrements to the PSI value desired. To change the Power Downtime field use the tip/down arrow keys to increment or decrement to the Power Down time setting. The user can set the power down timer via the Display option as shown on the following screen. Press the Enter Key. and the number will also become highlighted. Used the up/down arrow keys to change the year. When you have set the correct year. press the Enter Key again. and the number will no longer be highlighted and the HandBAT will be set to the current year Repeat this procedure for Month. Day. Hours. and Minutes. As you complete each of the changes. the values at the bottom of the screen will change to the current settings to show that the changes have been stored in the HandBA’l‘. The final data and time will be displayed on the bottom of the screen. The hours are enter in military time. AM values are enter 0 — 12. the PM values are entered 13 — 24. Example: I pnt is entered as 13; 6 pm is entered as 18. Battery indicator 6/14/2007 Page [3 The battery indicator always is shown in the upgr left hand corner (as shown above). lt will show the current status of the battery. When the battery gets sufficiently depleted the unit will block the user from reading tags so that the unit is not damaged. If a HandBAT becomes severely discharged the HandBAT will display a low battery message and then turn itselfoff automatically. Battery charging It the HandBAT is plugged into a charger the battery indicator will be replaced by a plug icon with either a C (charging) or F (full) until the unit is fully charged. See demonstration of the charging function from Stemeo specialist. Care and Handling of the HandBAT. To be determined. Troubleshooting The system can be reset holding down the F3 and down arrow keys simultaneously for approximately 4 seconds: the screen will flash and redraw. No records or data will be lost.
