44000104 is an electronic ballast to be used with 20” UV lamp.
- Input voltage – 120V 60Hz
- Input power – 27W
- Safety – UL and cUL approved per UL 935 and UL 1995, File E233711
- Suitable lamps- 1 pc 20” UV HO lamp
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a
Consumer device, pursuant to Part 18 of the FCC Rules.
Operation is subject to the following conditions: (1) this device may not cause
harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received,
including interference that may cause undesired operation.
This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate frequency energy, and, if not
installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful
interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that
interference will not occur in a particular installation.
If interference problems do occur, please do as following suggestions:
(1) Turn off this equipment only. If the interference is still there, please check
other system; If the interference disappears, go to step 2;
(2) Make sure this equipment is grounded and the outlet has ground (green)
wire;
(3) If the television or radio is interfered, please relocate the equipment away
from the television or radio;
(4) If other equipments share the same outlet with this equipment and get
interfered, please place the AC power connection of this equipment on a
different outlet;
(5) If the interference is still there, this equipment may be defective. Please
contact the manufacturer for replacement.

operate this equipment.
