FCC (United States) Certification
For products in which this module is installed, user's manual that contains
information below will be required.
This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the
following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2)
this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may
cause undesired operation.
FCC WARNING
Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for
compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.
This transmitter must not be co-located or operated in conjunction with any other
antenna or transmitter.
When the modules are installed onto mobile devices.
This equipment complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for an
uncontrolled environment and meetsthe FCC radio frequency (RF)
Exposure Guidelines. This equipment has very low levelsof RF energy that it deemed
to comply without maximum permissive exposure evaluation (MPE). But it is desirable
that it should be installed and operated keeping the radiator at least 20cm or more
away from person’s body(excluding extremities: hands, wrists, feet and ankles).
When the modules are installed onto portable devices.
This equipment complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for an
uncontrolled environment and meetsthe FCC radio frequency (RF) Exposure
Guidelines . This equipment has very low levels
of RF energy that are deemed to comply without testing of specific absorption ratio
(SAR).

IC (Canada) Certification
For products in which this module is installed, user's manual that contains
information below will be required.
This device complies with Industry Canada licence-exempt RSS standard(s).
Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause
interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference, including interference
that may cause undesired operation of the device.

This equipment complies with IC radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled
environment and meets RSS-102 of the IC radio frequency (RF) Exposure rules. This
equipment has very low levels of RF energy that it deemed to comply without
maximum permissive exposure evaluation (MPE). But it is desirable that it should be
installed and operated keeping the radiator at least 20cm or more away from person’s
body (excluding extremities: hands, wrists, feet and ankles).

Though this device has antennas connector that is only used for sampletest, any users
should take the following into consideration.
Under Industry Canada regulations, this radio transmitter may only operateusing an
antenna of a type and maximum (or lesser) gain approved for thetransmitter by Industry
Canada.
To reduce potential radio interference toother users, the antenna type and its gain should
be so chosen that theequivalent isotropically radiated power (e.i.r.p.) is not more than that
necessary for successful communication.
This radio transmitter IC Number 9992A-L1 has been approved by Industry Canada
to operate with the antenna types listed below with the maximum permissible gain and
required antenna impedance for each antenna type indicated.
Antenna types not included in this list, having a gain greater than the maximum
gain indicated for that type, are strictly prohibited for use with this device.
Antenna type: Gain: Wire antenna: 2dBi
