Do not put any heavy stuff on the top of the device.   Please use the provided power adapter. Do not use a damaged power cable and plug.   Please avoid plugging in power adapter with wet hands.   Please do not disassemble the TelergyHD or tamper with it in any way to avoid electric shock and damage to the device.   Please keep the TelergyHD away from any heat source to avoid damage to the components. Note: Before connecting please shut down all the equipment to be connected (such as this machine and TV power)    5.1 Rear Panel Connection            Note: Before powering on, Please switch the signal input of the TV to correct source.                                                       THD709QC-64-IP Quick Reference Guide V1.1 ~ 10 ~ 7 Troubleshooting Issue Possible reason Solution No display on TV after power ON The power cord is not connected properly or there is no power at the electrical socket. Ensure the availability of the power supply at the mains socket. Re-insert the power plug at the device and make sure that it is fully inserted. TV shows image but no audio Audio cable is not connected Re-connect the Audio cable TelergyHD is in MUTE state Please press mute button to restore volume Audio setting is abnormal Please enter the audio and video Settings menu, select the appropriate sound channel and language Volume is too low Turn up the volume Fail to connect the network Ethernet cable is not connected properly Please reinsert the Ethernet cable Wi-Fi unavailable or the signal is too weak Please restart the Wi-Fi router or adjust the position of the TelergyHD Remote Controller failure Remote control is not pointing in the correct direction Please aim the remote at the front panel's 'SENSOR' Remote control is with low battery Please change the batteries Remote control is broken Please send it to the local maintenance station for checking
