Do not put any heavy stuff on the top of the device. Please use the provided power adapter. Do not use a damaged power cable and plug. Please avoid plugging in power adapter with wet hands. Please do not disassemble the TelergyHD or tamper with it in any way to avoid electric shock and damage to the device. Please keep the TelergyHD away from any heat source to avoid damage to the components. It should be kept in a well ventilate place. Please keep the TelergyHD away from damp and dusty environment to avoid fire and electric shock. The TelergyHD should be switched off immediately and the power adapter should be unplugged in case of smoke or unusual smell emitted by the device. Fail to connect the network failure power supply at the mains socket. Re-insert the power plug at the device and make sure that Audio cable is not connected Re-connect the Audio cable TelergyHD is in MUTE state Please press mute button to restore volume Audio setting is abnormal Please enter the audio and video Settings menu, select the appropriate sound channel and language Volume is too low Turn up the volume Ethernet cable is not Please reinsert the Ethernet connected properly cable Wi-Fi unavailable or the signal is too weak Please restart the Wi-Fi router or adjust the position of the TelergyHD Remote control is not pointing in the correct direction Remote Controller Ensure the availability of the it is fully inserted.
