The operating distance is 3 - 30 feet in the typical office environment. The range can beadjusted in the software to meet your specific needs. Q. What happens after the battery runs out? You can replace the battery by opening the back of the GateKeeper. It is a standard coincell CR2450 battery that can be found in any store. Q. Can I use my computer’s Bluetooth with the Halberd? Yes. For certain Win 10 computers, you may be able to use the internal Bluetooth.However, the best performance is guaranteed with the USB dongle included here.Q. What does the red light on the GateKeeper mean? A blinking red light means that the battery is running low and should be r eplaced.
