Installation Instructions NetBright Motion Sensor MBN200 Thank you for purchasing the Mr Beams ® NetBright Motion Sensor. We are certain that your motion sensor will contribute to a safer environment and provide supplemental motion for your NetBright system. Tips: • Use only new alkaline AA-cell batteries with 1.5V rating. • Do not mix old and new batteries. If batteries are not new, it may cause the sensor to malfunction. • Install batteries with polarity in correct position. What is included per light: • 2 screws, 2 anchors What you need to install: • 2 AA-cell alkaline batteries (per sensor) • Drill or screwdriver Motion Sensor Features: Motion/light sensor: Sensor instantly turns on when it detects motion. The light sensor conserves battery life by preventing the sensor from activating in daylight. Durable, Weather Resistant: Tight seals and UV resistant material allow the sensor to work in all weather conditions. Networking: The Motion Sensor will activate any light in the network when it detects motion. 1. Remove the screw on the back of the motion sensor. 2. Slide the battery cover off the motion sensor and set aside. Motion & Light Sensor 3. Insert 2 new AA alkaline batteries and replace the battery cover. Setting up Devices to a Network Choose a group or channel for your device with the dipswitches next to the battery compartment. Ensure all units are on the same channel by matching the dipswitch positions. 5. To mount the sensor with the included screw, line up the battery cover with desired mouting location and mark with a pencil. Use the hole from the battery cover screw to mark the pilot hole. 6. Use a 1/16” drill bit to create the pilot hole. Insert the included screw and leave some room for the sensor to slide onto. Slide the sensor onto the screw. Battery Caution: 1) Do not mix old and new batteries 2) Do not mix Alkaline, Standard Carbon-Zinc, Rechargeable Nickel Cadmium or Nickel Metal Hydride batteries 3) Do not dispose of batteries in fire 4) Batteries should be recycled or disposed of as per state and local guidelines www.mrbeams.com WARNING: This product contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm.
