Do not place the printer on a rickety surface and/or inclined position. Printer may fall down/or tumble and it may cause serious injury. Do not touch the interior of the printer while printing. As it may be hot and include moving parts. Please keep the front door closed during printing to avoid injury. Important Safety Instruction for Use of Maintenance Tools•The maintenance tools provided should be only handled by an adult. Please keep the tools away from children.      Incorrect handling or maintenance of the printer may cause damage to the product or personal injury.•Be  sure to maintain the printer while the print bed is cool.•The scraper is used to remove the object from the print bed when printing has fi nished and the print bed is cool. •Over time, carbon deposits or fi lament dust buildup in the nozzle may decrease its performance.  It is advised to     clean the nozzle with the cleaning wire by activating "CLEAN NOZZLE" mode after every 25-hour of printing.•Molten fi lament may be left on the tip or surface of the extruder and inside the drive gear and may decrease the     performance of the printer, or lead to calibration result of “Error”. The copper brush is used to clean and remove the     fi lament pieces from the extruder in these cases.. Copper Brush
V1P 312387910 11Open the box and remove the accessories and the cushion.Take out the printer by the grip holds.Note: All packaging materials should be removed before powering up the printer.Remove plastic bag and all tapes.Open the top cover, and remove the cushions by the extruderRemove the tape on the print bed.Remove the cardboard.Remove the cardboard.Remove the cushions by the print bed. You may click for "Printer info" during printing.Apply glue stick gently and evenly to the print bed base on the size of the printing object previewed on screen, and press    to print.124635Select "Print" > "Sample " on the screen.Select a sample to print, and tap             to print.Remove the printed object when the print bed has descended.Cover a damp cloth on the cold print bed for 2-3 minutes, and wipe the glue off gently (Scrape off the glue if necessary). V1P 7Cloud Gallery14Once the printer is connected to the Internet, select "Gallery" to go to XYZprinting cloud gallery.Press           to download, and wait for the download to complete. Browse the Gallery and switch among different categories; tap on the desired model for a zoomed-in preview.Caution: Before printing any model from any media, always remember to apply glue to the printing area on the printing bed. To clean the printing bed after printing is complete, please refer to the Sample Printing section.Preview the image and information of the selected model, and tap        to proceed.23

Filament troubleshootingWhen the filament is loaded automatically or is stuck in the extruder module, please first unload filament by following the steps above. And then press on the black rubber fixers on either ends of the filament tube. You may also follow the instructions on the screen for troubleshooting.After removing the filament, plug the filament tube directly back to its original position to complete the re-installation.If the filament is stuck in the extruder module, press the release arm on the side of the extruder module to extract the stuck filament.If the filament is stuck at the entrance of the guide tube, please press the release arm by the entrance to extract the stuck filament.1 2Status3

V1P 11Activate " Setting" > "Printer Settings">"Maintenance">"Clean Nozzle".Select “Clean Nozzle” function, and brush the molten filament and dust from the detecting pin while the extruder is heated up. Clean the detecting pin with the copper brush• Turn clockwise to raise, turn counterclockwise to lower.• Adjust screw a and b may offset the diagonal. (e.g. Left turn screw b will lead to the descendant of point 2.)• Tuning the screw for a full circle will change the value by 0.5. A single push to the screw will change the    value by 0.2 to 0.25.• Adjust the values to the 2.3-2.6 range.• 3 values should be no more than ±0.2 from each other.1.The value indicates the height of point                            ; greater value indicates the higher the detected point is.2.
