This certification is contingent upon installation, operation and use of the PUKIG3110 in accordance with the instructions provided. This certification is based upon the results of localized specific absorption rate (SAR) testing performed with the PUKIG3110 installed in three representative host platforms and tested in accordance with FCC OET recommendations.
