INCLUDING HUMAN EXPOSURE STATEMENT

As required by § 2.1033(c)(3), provided with this filing is an electronic copy of the draft version

of the PUKIG3110 User’s Manual. This manual provides the user with a complete set of

installation and operation instructions, and conditions and restrictions on regarding the use of the

PUKIG3110.

Furthermore, as required by § 24.52 RF hazards, § 1.1307(b) and § 2.1093 Radiofrequency

radiation exposure evaluation: portable devices:

Intel Corporation. certifies that all emissions, both fundamental and unwanted,

from the PRO/Wireless GRPS PC Card, Model IG3110 (FCC ID: PUKIG3110)

comply with the RF hazard requirements applicable to broadband PCS equipment

operating under the authority of 47 CFR Part 24, Subpart E of the FCC Rules and

Regulations. This certification is contingent upon installation, operation and use

of the PUKIG3110 in accordance with the instructions provided.

This certification is based upon the results of localized specific absorption rate (SAR) testing

performed with the PUKIG3110 installed in three representative host platforms and tested in

accordance with FCC OET recommendations. Further details and test results are provided in the

SAR test report included with this filing.
