These limits are designed toprovide reasonable protection against harmfulinterference in a residential installation. This equipmentgenerates, uses and can radiated radio frequency energyand, if not installed and used in accordance with theinstructions, may cause harmful interference to radiocommunications. However, there is no guarantee thatinterference will not occur in a particular installation Ifthis equipment does cause harmful interference to radioor television reception, which can be determined byturning the equipment off and on, the user isencouraged to try to correct the interference by one ormore of the following measures:-Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.-Increase the separation between the equipment andreceiver.-Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuitdifferent from that to which the receiver is connected.-Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TVtechnician for help.FCC Note:Caution: Changes or modifications not expresslyapproved by the party responsible for compliance couldvoid the user‘s authority to operate the equipment.
9RF exposure information (SAR)This phone is designed and manufactured not to exceedthe emission limits for exposure to radio frequency (RF)energy set by the Federal Communications Commissionof the United States.During SAR testing, this device was set to transmit at itshighest certified power level in all tested frequencybands, and placed in positions that simulate RF exposurein usage against the head with no separation, and nearthe body with the separation of 10 mm. Although theSAR is determined at the highest certified power level, the actual SAR level of the device while operating can bewell below the maximum value. This is because thephone is designed to operate at multiple power levels soas to use only the power required to reach the network. In general, the closer you are to a wireless base stationantenna, the lower the power output. The exposure standard for wireless devices employing aunit of measurement is known as the Specific AbsorptionRate, or SAR.The SAR limit set by the FCC is 1.6W/kg.This device is complied with SAR for general population/uncontrolled exposure limits inANSI/IEEE C95.1-1992 and had been tested inaccordance with the measurement methods andprocedures specified in IEEE1528. This device has beentested and meets the FCC RF exposure guidelines whentested with the device directly contacted to the body. The FCC has granted an Equipment Authorization for thismodel phone with all reported SAR levels evaluated as incompliance with the FCC RF exposure guidelines. SARinformation on this model phone is on file with the FCCand can be found under the Display Grant section ofwww.fcc.gov/oet/ea/fccid after searching on FCC ID:SRQ-A210.
10For this device, the highest reported SAR value for usageagainst the head is 0.336 W/kg, for usage near the bodyis 0.747 W/kg.While there may be differences between the SAR levelsof various phones and at various positions, they all meetthe government requirements.SAR compliance for body-worn operation is based on aseparation distance of 10 mm between the unit and thehuman body. Carry this device at least 10 mm away fromyour body to ensure RF exposure level compliant orlower to the reported level. To support body-wornoperation, choose the belt clips or holsters, which do notcontain metallic components, to maintain a separationof 10 mm between this device and your body.RF exposure compliance with any body-worn accessory, which contains metal, was not tested and certified, anduse such body-worn accessory should be avoided.NoteThis device does not support V.O.I.P. function. Itmeans that the functions of WLAN andBluetooth do not have voice capability in theheld to ear mode for phone service
