6000LockerLocksaredesignedtoworkforthevariousoperationrequirementsbysimplesetupprocess.
Followingoperationmodescanbeprogrammedbeforeorafterlockinstallation.

3. Lock Operations
3.1 Shared Use Mode
‐‐ Storage Personal belongings
3.1.1Userapproachesthelocker;lockerdoorisopenandnolightisflashing,whichmeansthelockeris
available
3.1.2Useropensthelockerdoor;placesdevice(s)insidethelocker,thenclosesthedoor.
3.1.3PressesthePowerButton,GreenLEDstartsflashingfor6seconds,thelockisreadytoacceptuser
inputbyscanuserRFIDcardorkeycodecombination.
3.1.4Userthenrefocusesonthekeypadandbeginsenteringhisown4‐digitpasscode.
3.1.5Ashepressesthefirstnumberbutton,thegreenLEDflashingturnsoff.
3.1.6Afterthefourthnumberisentered,andpressestheLockButtonwithin5seconds,
3.1.7MotorwillruntheredLEDflashesonceandtheuserneedstoturntheknobcounterclockwiseto
lockthelock.
3.1.8TheredLEDcontinuestoflashingred,showingthatthelockerisinuse.

presstheUnlockButton.
3.1.10RedLEDturnsoff,motorwillruntoreleasetheknobandtheuserneedstoturntheknob
clockwisetounlockthelock.
3.1.11Useropensthelockerdoorandtakesouthispersonalbelongingsthenwalkaway,keepthe
lockerdooropen.
3.1.12Thelockerisnowavailableforthenextuser.
3.2 Permanent Use Mode
3.2.1Userapproachesthelocker;lockerdoorisclosedandnolightisflashing,whichmeansthelockerisonly
availableforPermanentUse.
3.2.2UserpushesthePowerButtonandswipesregisteredUserCard.
3.2.3GreenLEDstartsflashingmotorwillruntoreleasetheknobandtheuserneedtoturntheknobclockwiseto
unlockthelock.
3.2.4Useropensthelockerdoorwithin3seconds,places(ortakes)Personalbelongingsthenclosesthelocker
door.Themotorturnsagainafter3secondsandtheuserneedtoturntheknobcounterclockwisetolockthelock.

4. Lock Setting and Emergency open
4.1 Lock Setting
4.1.1UsetheELMSsoftwaretopre‐setthelock’sfunction,thenissuesCards.
4.1.2SwipetheAuthorizationCard.
4.1.3SwipetheSetupCard,Locksettingisnowcompleted.
4.2 Emergency open
Incaseuserforgotthepassword,orlosthisUsercard
4.2.1OperatorcanswipetheManagementCardtoopenthelock.
4.2.2OrswipetheControlCardtoopenthelock.
Note: If the lock worked in Shared Use mode, after swiped the Control Card, the registered card
/ password will be clear
