Welcome  to  use  this  Bluetooth  mono  headset,  BTE010.  Please  read  this user’s manual carefully before use.     Brief introduction 1. Bluetooth Wireless communication technology Bluetooth is a standard of close range radio-communication technology that was  drawn  up  by  Ericsson,  IBM,  Intel,  Nokia  and  Toshiba.  With  Bluetooth technology, we can achieve the highest transmission rate among cell phones, computers, printers, PDAs and other devices. The max transmission range of class 2 is 10 meters while the max transmit range of class 1 can reach up to 100 meters.   2. About BTE010 BTE010 is a Bluetooth mono headset. It has the following features:   Answer call, end call and reject call   Redial last number   Voice dial (This function needs to be supported by your cell phone)   Adjust the volume   Call transfer between BTE010 and your Bluetooth cell phone   Microphone mute   Noise filtering function to ensure a clearer conversation      Before using 1. Charging the battery of BTE010 First use—You must charge the battery of BTE010 fully before first use. Low power—When you hear a string of indication tones every 30 seconds and see the red LED flashing, the battery is low power and needs to be charged.  The charging steps are as follows: Step1:    Connect the charger or charging cable to standard power outlet; Step2:    Connect  the  end  of  charger  or  charging  cable  to  charging  port  of BTE010; Step3:    The red LED  is on  while charging. It takes about  1.5 hours  to fully charge the battery; Step4:    When charging has completed, the blue LED will switch on.             Warning:   1)  The battery is recycled. 2)  Batteries  (battery  pack  or  batteries  installed)  shall  not  be  exposed  to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire or the like.
  Basic operation 1.  Switching on/off BTE010 Remark: In order to save power, BTE010 will switch off automatically if no devices can be connected after 5 minutes.    2.  Pairing BTE010 with a Bluetooth cell phone You  have  to  pair  BTE010  with  your  Bluetooth  cell  phone  before  first  use. Please make sure your cell phone is Bluetooth-enabled. Specific pairing steps may  vary  with  different  cell  phones.  Please  refer  to  your  cell  phone  user’s manual for further information. The general pairing steps are as follows: 1)  Keep BTE010 and Bluetooth cell phone within 1 meter when pairing; 2)  Make sure BTE010 is off, otherwise switch it off first; 3)  Press and hold MFB button for about 6 7 seconds, until the red and blue LEDs are flashing alternately. BTE010 successfully entered pairing mode; 4)  Switch on your cell phone’s Bluetooth function and search for Bluetooth devices. After the search is completed select “BTE010” from the Bluetooth device list; 5)  According to the indication, enter password or PIN No:”1234” and press ” Yes” or “confirm”; 6)  After successful  pairing, select  “BTE010”  from  the Bluetooth  device list, and press “connect”. The LED indicator will flash twice every 5 seconds if connected successfully.  Remarks:     Pairing  mode  will  last  2  minutes.  BTE010  will  switch  to  standby  mode automatically if it can’t connect to any device after 2 minutes. If you want to continue  pairing  BTE010  with  a  Bluetooth  device,  please  switch  off BTE010 first and then re-pair according to steps 1 6 mentioned above.   BTE010  can  remember  8  paired  devices.  When  the  number  of  devices exceeds 8, the first one will be replaced.   Every time you switch on BTE010, and it doesn’t connect to any device, press MFB button once, BTE010 will connect to the last connected device.   Every time  you switch  on  BTE010,  it will  connect  to  the last  connected device automatically. If you want to pair it with other devices, please switch off  the  Bluetooth  function  of  the  last  connected  devices  first  and  pair BTE010 with the new device according to steps 1 6 mentioned above.  3.  Wearing BTE010 The headset is suitable for both ears, because you can freely turn the ear hook. After putting on the headset, align the microphone towards the user’s mouth to get the best conversation quality.   4. Remarks:   Not all cell phones support all functions listed above. Please refer to your cell phone’s user’s manual for further information.   When  the  volume  is  adjusted  to  max.  you  will  hear  a  rising  “DU”  tone; when the volume is adjusted to Min. you will hear a falling “DU” tone.   When pressing  the answer button on  some cell  phones, the call will  be transferred  to  the  cell  phone.  You  have  to  transfer  the  call  to  BTE004 manually then. Please refer to your cell phone’s user’s manual for further.   Please be advised to switch off your cell phone’s Bluetooth function if you are not going to make a call with BTE010 in anytime soon.

Following these you will be able to enjoy our product for many years.   Keep it dry and don’t take it to damp places to avoid the product’s internal circuit being affected.  Keep  the  product  away  from  direct  sunlight  or  hot  places.  High temperatures  will  shorten  the  life  of  electronic  devices,  destroy  the battery or distort certain plastic parts.  Don’t expose the product to cold areas. It may damage the internal circuit board.  Don’t try to disassemble the product as it may get damaged if you are not professional.  Don’t let it fall down onto the floor or other hard surfaces. The internal circuit might get damaged.
 Don’t use intensive chemical products or detergent to clean the product.  Don’t scratch the surface with sharp things.  In case the product doesn’t function properly, send it to the store you bought it. The staff will help you to solve the problem.    FAQs 1.  What to do when there are some noises? Please put your cell phone and BTE001 on one side of you to get the best sound quality.  2.  Why is there no sound coming from BTE010? a)  Ensure BTE010 has been switched on and has power; b)  Ensure BTE010 has been successfully paired with your cell phone; c)  Check the connection with your cell phone.    3.  Why can’t my cell phone connect to BTE010? a)  Ensure BTE010 has been switched on and has power; b)  Switch on your cell phone’s Bluetooth function; c)  Ensure BTE010 and your cell phone are within 10 meters and there are no barriers between them, such as walls and other electric devices.  4.  I can’t turn off BTE010. What shall I do now?
