History Technology Design Since its inception in Australia in 1962, Zip has been producing instant boiling water systems for both domestic and commercial use. Now a multinational company, with the taps being sold in over 70 countries, Zip’s iconic red and white branding has become synonymous with hot water taps. Our HydroTaps feature the very latest technology, meaning they do more than offer a convenient cup of tea or cold drink. The integrated new Zip 0.2 micron filtration system removes dirt and contaminants up to 25 times better than ever before. Even the taste and odour of chlorine is removed, but fluoride is retained, so the whole work force can enjoy crystal clear, great tasting water. Instant Chilled Water Tap & Mixer (Hot and Cold Mixer Tap) Negating the need for a separate water cooler or costly bottled water, the HydroTap offers an unlimited supply of filtered chilled water. The classic G4 tap is perfect for areas that just require filtered drinking water and boiling water. It can be installed at a sink ( i ) or away from a sink with a font ( ii ). Minimal and iconic, it perfectly blends in with its surroundings. For kitchen areas that also require a hot and cold mixer tap facility, the All-inOne model ( vi ) is the ideal solution, and means you only need to have one tap. Multi-taps offer the user a solution where only a cold water feed is available – the Classic G4 tap and separate mixer tap provide hot and cold water plus any choice of drinking water provision available in the G4 range. Zip Installation Easy installation and full support is what we pride ourselves on. We supply detailed installation guides and step-by-step information so your HydroTap is installed quickly, easily and with minimal disruption. Servicing & Maintenance While we have every confidence that your Zip product will offer years of lowmaintenance drinking water, there are some important things that need doing to ensure this. For ongoing peace of mind, we provide a national team of fully trained, directly employed engineers. We have a large team of fully-trained Zip field support staff covering the UK, with over 58 engineers. We believe our response times are the best in the industry, with same-day* call-out in London if you call us before midday. *Response times for other areas will vary. 24 Training Zip’s experienced team of Training Managers offer bespoke product training geared to the needs of Installers, Specifiers and Facility Managers. These ‘hands on’ sessions typically take place on site, or in one of Zip’s specially designed training centres, covering all relevant product installation, servicing and maintenance issues.
