History Technology Design

Since its inception in Australia in 1962,

Zip has been producing instant boiling

water systems for both domestic and

commercial use. Now a multinational

company, with the taps being sold in over

70 countries, Zip’s iconic red and white

branding has become synonymous with

hot water taps.

A wholly owned subsidiary was formed

in 1991 to handle UK distribution,

with customer service ofﬁces established

in London, Birmingham, Manchester

and Norfolk.

Today, Zip’s wide range of taps can be

found in workplaces all over the UK,

ensuring convenient ﬁltered boiling,

chilled or even sparkling water at any

time of the day.

Our HydroTaps feature the very latest

technology, meaning they do more

than offer a convenient cup of tea or

cold drink. The integrated new Zip 0.2

micron ﬁltration system removes dirt and

contaminants up to 25 times better than

ever before. Even the taste and odour

of chlorine is removed, but ﬂuoride is

retained, so the whole work force can

enjoy crystal clear, great tasting water.

• Power-Pulse™ technology controls

power phasing precisely, minimising

energy consumption and power costs.

• After two hours of non-use, the

HydroTap either powers down to

maintain boiling water at 64°C or

hibernates – powers off completely.

• A programmable 24/7 weekly timer

turns the power off during periods your

kitchen is not in use.

The classic G4 tap is perfect for areas

that just require ﬁltered drinking water and

boiling water. It can be installed at a sink

( i ) or away from a sink with a font ( ii ).

Minimal and iconic, it perfectly blends in

with its surroundings.

For kitchen areas that also require a hot

and cold mixer tap facility, the All-in-

One model ( vi ) is the ideal solution, and

means you only need to have one tap.

Multi-taps offer the user a solution where

only a cold water feed is available – the

Classic G4 tap and separate mixer

tap provide hot and cold water plus

any choice of drinking water provision

available in the G4 range. Choose

from three tap styles. ( iii ), ( iv ), ( v ) mixer

tap options.

In an ofﬁce building, there are many

Zip HydroTap G4 All-in-One will change the way workplace kitchens

HydroTap, the G4 All-in-One has a single 120-degree swivel tap.

The All-in-One can be centrally mounted on a double bowl sink where it serves as a hot and cold

The safe and robust HydroTap G4 industrial model has been

speciﬁcally developed for use within industrial areas or correctional

facilities, and offers all the beneﬁts of a standard G4 model but with

safety and security in mind.

Offers all the advantages of a standard HydroTap plus these additional beneﬁts:

• Super strong tapered shank anchor (side touch models)

• Damage resistant side or top touch buttons

• Simple 2-button without safety lock

• Optional 3-button with safety lock

• Can be installed R/H or L/H

• Side touch variant (primarily for use in high security locations, such as prisons) has a high strength

tapered base which fastens to an undersink clamp block with a reinforcing spine.
