SECURITY DEVICES OMNILOCK® ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEMS INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR PORTAL GATEWAY PG-B SERIES                             a.  Refer to the WAMS Installation Guide to determine the optimum location for mounting the Portal Gateway. b.  Insure that a 120VAC power outlet and an Ethernet connection are available. c.  Mount the Portal Gateway in the selected location using the mounting screws provided. 1.  Wood Screw, pan head, #10- Recommended pilot hole 1/8 inch diameter. 2.  Drywall Anchor- Recommended pilot hole 3/8 inch diameter. 3.  Concrete Screw- Recommended pilot hole 5/32 inch diameter. d.  Connect the furnished 12VDC Power Supply to the 120VAC outlet and connect the 12VDC connector to the Portal Gateway. Observe that the “Power” indicator is on. e.  Connect the Ethernet to the Portal Gateway. Observe that the “Link” indicator is on. f.  After approximately 30 seconds, observe that the “Activity” indicator is flashing.  SECTION 1:  CHECK OPERATIONVerify proper operation of the Portal Gateway as specified in the Wireless Access Management System (WAMS) Installation Guide.
