SP—0042(A)1610_2 Turning the Headset On and Off Turning On the Headset Press and hold the MFB for 2 seconds until you hear a short “beep" tone. The LED Wl|| llash green. IMPORTANT Press the MFB again each time you turn on the headset to re-activate pairing so that the connection between the headset and the mobile handset is resumed. For pairing, please reler to “Pairing Vour Headset" on page 8-7. Turning Oil the Headset Press and hold the MFB lor 3 seconds until you hear a long “beep" tone. The LED llash stops. 11i Troubleshooting Il you are unable to connect your headset and mobile handset, please try the lollowing: ' Ensure your headset is turned on and is properly charged. I Ensure the headset is paired with your mobile handset. I Ensure your mobile handsets Bluetooth leature is activated. Please reler to your mobile handset user guide lor specilic instruction. I Ensure the headset is within a maximum ol10 meters of your mobile handset(s) and there are no obstructions, such as walls or other electronic devices in between. I Ensure your headset has not reached its 5 mobile handsets lim't. if the headset has reached its pairing Iim‘n. please reset it to Ms original settings and recharge tor a lew seconds. I It the above steps do not resolve your problem, please recharge the headset and remove your mobile handset battery pack tor a while. Adjusting the Volume toi Press the Volume Key repeatedly until you reach the deSired volume level. Resetting the Headset You may want to reset the headset to its delauit settings. This also clears all current pairings. 1 Ensure the headset is OFF. 2 Press the Volume Key for 20 seconds. 3 The LED Will alternately flash green and red rapidly. 4 Release the Volume Key. 5 Press and hold the Volume Key again for 2 seconds until you hear two “beep” tones. 6 Recharge the headset for a few seconds. 7 The headset is turned otl and returns to the delauit setting. All current pairings are cleared. Charging Your Headset Connect the charger to an AC wall outlet and the charger plug to the headset’s charging socket (fig 2). The LED Will be red while charging IMPORTANT Charging indication will be delayed tor a few minutes it the headset has not been used for a long time or the battery is drained. Nominal Charging Time Charging the battery iully is normally within 3 hours. When the battery is iully charged, the LED will turn green. Disconnect the charger irom AC wail outlet and the headset. Press and hold the MFB (lig 1) for 2 seconds to turn the headset on. please reler to ”Turning the Headset On and Oil " in the next page. Talk & Standby Time The fully charged battery otters up to 4 hours talk time and up to in hou TS standby time. When no calls are in progress, the headset remains turned on in standby mode. Low Battery When the headset is on and the battery becomes low, the LED flashes red and the headset emits a beep everyt minute. Please recharge the battery as described above.
