The sole and exclusive remedy provided to you is a replacement of your Product, with, at the sole discretion of ikeGPS, a new or remanufactured Product. To exercise this Warranty, you must contact ikeGPS at support@ikegps.com within 1 year of the purchase of your Product. You must assume the responsibility to ship and insure your Product to ikeGPS. ikeGPS will examine your Product and verify Warranty eligibility.
