Thank you for using Unique-e scanning bar code products!
Please be sure to read the following methods, When you use our products for the first
time.

Optimal scanning distance: MS3391
series products are divided into high density and low density models,
where low density model of optimal scanning distance is 10~24cm.You scan a bar code to
get this range bar code scanner is the best performance.
High density model’s scanning distance is 3~7cm.It can read higher-density bar codes。
Scanning distance of MS3391-B series products is 7~10cm. Please scan in this range,
the best performance can be obtained.

Scanning techniques
Please aim at the middle part of the barcode through the red light to scan the barcode.
Please scan properly in accordance with the following diagram: connect the scanner
angle appropriate to read the bar code, press a button, makes the Centre Red (blue) light
coverage for all bar code decoding read.
Please do not use the following image error scan, otherwise will not be able to correctly
read a bar code.

Reset function
When you need to restore the original default settings, please press scan button more
than 10 seconds.Then the scanner will automatically revert to the original settings. The
default of Initially set is Bluetooth connection.

Data transfer
When you first use the MS3391 Bluetooth barcode scanners, data transfer interface
is default Bluetooth interface. Pairing you can directly connect a variety of smart-phones
and computers with Bluetooth function.

If you need to return to the Bluetooth output, you only need to press the scan button for
10 seconds to reset the Bluetooth output mode.Also can scan the bar code sets the output
Bluetooth output mode.

If you need quick access to scan the device Bluetooth pairing mode, use the scanning
equipment to scan read the following illustration of "Bluetooth pairing mode" bar code.
Scanning devices in the pairing process will continue flashing blue, blue light goes out after
the pairing is successful.

General process scanner to connect to other Bluetooth devices: connect devices having
entered pairing mode → Bluetooth → search → paired Bluetooth device in the vicinity

Installation of Mobile phone adapter

Mobile phone adapter
This apater can stick on the back of your mobile phone protection case with 3M adhesive
tape.You can attach MS3391 barcode scanner on the adpater.
So ,you can handle with barcode scanner with mobile phone with one hand.
Please fix Mobile phone adapter in the clip on the back of the scanner. The steps is
shown in the following figure:

Offline Scan
Due to the internal cloud scanner comes with mass storage, can store up to 13,000 15
bits of data messages.Cloud scanner can scan a bar code on its own and stored in the
built-in mass memory.
And you can use offline upload functionality, barcode data storage via Bluetooth or USB
upload to your smart phone or computer.
Concrete implementation steps:
This note an offline scan stored procedure, for example, details the specific steps for
implementation of offline scan feature:
(1) Scan "offline scan status open" bar codes as shown in Figure 1to enter the offline
scanning. The data you scanned will be stored in the scanning device.
(2) The customer can connect to the computer through USB or Bluetooth interface or data
terminal to upload the data.
If customers need to save the data stored in the file, open Notepad or similar software to
enter the data.
If the customer wants to store data in a custom application, (such as submitted the bar
code data into a application), refer the customer to the insertion point where you want to
enter the data in the dialog box. Then bar code data entry and online scanning are in the
same way.
Customers can choose different speed to upload the data according to your application.
There are three different speeds for you: fast speed, middle speed and slow-speed upload.
 Fast Upload means upload data without time interval;
Middle speed is to upload data the interval of 1 second;
Slow upload refers to each interval of 3 seconds to upload the data.
Offline Scan
(3) The customer can also scan the "statistics storage number" bar code to view the storage
section, to check the upload data entry correct or not .
(4) After the upload data, related applications will store the uploaded data. Data is stored in
the scanner needs clear, please scan the barcode in Figure 6 to clear the data.
(5) After the above steps, scan "offline scan status off" bar, ending the offline scanning
stored procedure.
Installation of Handholder

Handholder Installation: MS3391
can be installed on the Handholder. Installation method is shown in the
following figure:

The parts of handle:
①Micro USB interface for connection to the scanner;
② Decode button: trigger and decoding;
③ Replaceable battery compartment to accommodate plenty of
rechargeable battery power from the scanner;
④ Battery door battery cover and screws: used to open and close the
door;
⑤ Thumb ergonomic: convenience to scan;
⑥ Used to display the charging status;
⑦ Cable dismantling holes for RJ45 cable unplugged;
⑧ RJ45 cable jacks are used to connect RJ45 cable.
