Basal body temperature (BBT) is our lowest temperature during rest, which is usually during the time we're sleeping.
This is the reason why BBT should be taken before getting out of bed for accurate fertility charting. Ovulation causes one
half to one-degree rise in BBT, so monitoring BBT helps provide information on the best time for conception.

Note:
The calculated forecasts of Home Care may not be accurate and should not be used to prevent unwanted pregnancy. The
forecast accuracy depends on a number of factors including how regular one’s cycle length is, how many periods have been
measured with the app. Anxiety, stress, age and other factors can also afect one’s cycle from month to month.

Ensure that the power adapter meets the speciications indicated on the device nameplate.
For electric plugs, the socket-outlet should be installed near the device and should be easily accessible.
Battery and Charger
Unplug the charger from the electrical plug and the device when not in use.
The battery can be charged and discharged hundreds of times before it eventually wears out. When the standby time
and the talk time are shorter than the original time, replace the battery.
109
Use the appropriate power supply deined in the speciications of the charger. An improper power voltage may
cause ire or of the charger.
Do not connect two poles of the battery with conductors, such as metal materials, keys, or jewelries. Otherwise, the
battery may be short-circuited and may cause injuries and burns on your body.
Do not disassemble the battery or solder the battery poles. Otherwise, it may lead to electrolyte leakage, overheating,
ire, or explosion.
If battery electrolyte leaks out, ensure that the electrolyte does not touch your skin and eyes. When the electrolyte
touches your skin or splashes into your eyes, wash your eyes with clean water immediately and consult a doctor.
If there is a case of battery deformation, color change, or abnormal heating while you charge or store the battery, remove
the battery immediately and stop using it. Otherwise, it may lead to battery leakage, overheating, explosion, or a ire.
If the power cable is damaged (for example, the cord is exposed or broken), or the plug loosens, stop using the cable at
once. Otherwise, it may lead to an electric shock, a short circuit of the charger, or a ire.
Do not dispose of batteries in ire as they may explode. Batteries may also explode if damaged.
Danger of explosion if battery is incorrectly replaced. Recycle or dispose of used batteries according to the local
regulations or reference instruction supplied with your device.
Prevention of Hearing Damage
Using a headset at high volume can damage your hearing. To reduce the risk of damage to hearing, lower the headset
volume to a safe and comfortable level.

If any exceptional event occurs, such as if the device emits smoke, unusual sounds or smells, stop using the device
immediately, power it of, remove all the cables connected to it, and then contact an authorized service center.
110
If the device screen is damaged, do not touch or try to remove the broken part. In this case, stop using the device
immediately, and then contact an authorized service center in time.
Do not trample, pull, or over bend any cable. Otherwise, the cable may get damaged, causing malfunction of the device.
Before cleaning the device, stop using it, power it of, and then remove all the cables connected to it.
Use a clean, soft, and dry cloth to clean the device shell. Do not use any cleaning agents or sprays.

FCC Statement
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, p
ursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection a
gainst harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates uses and can ra
diate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, m
ay cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that inte
rference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interferen
ce to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on
, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measur
es:
• Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
• Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
• Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is co
nnected.
• Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
Caution: Any changes or modifcations to this device not explicitly approved by manufacturer
could void your authority to operate this equipment.
This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two cond
itions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any int
erference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) Information
Your wireless mobile device is a radio transmitter and receiver. It is designed and manufactured
not to exceed the exposure limits for Radio Frequency (RF) energy set by the Federal
Communications Commission (FCC) of the U.S. Government. These FCC RF exposure limits are
derived from the recommendations of two expert organizations: the National Council on
Radiation Protection and Measurement (NCRP) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics
Engineers (IEEE). In both cases, the recommendations were developed by scientific and
engineering experts drawn from industry, government, and academia after extensive reviews of
the scientific literature related to the biological effects of RF energy. The RF exposure limit set by
the FCC for wireless mobile devices employs a unit of measurement known as the Specific
Absorption Rate (SAR). The SAR is a measure of the rate of absorption of RF energy by the human
body expressed in units of watts per kilogram (W/kg). The FCC requires wireless devices to
comply with a safety limit of 1.6 watts per kilogram (1.6 W/kg).
The FCC SAR limit incorporates a substantial margin of safety to give additional protection to the
public and to account for any variations in measurements. SAR tests are conducted using
standard operating positions accepted by the FCC with the mobile device transmitting at its
highest certified power level in all tested frequency bands. Although the SAR is determined at the
highest certified power level, the actual SAR level of the mobile device while operating can be
well below the maximum reported value. This is because the mobile device is designed to
operate at multiple power levels so as to use only the power required to reach the network. In
general, the closer you are to a wireless base station antenna, the lower the power output of the
mobile device.
Use of other accessories may not ensure compliance with FCC RF exposure guidelines. The FCC
has granted an Equipment Authorization for this mobile device with all reported SAR levels
evaluated as in compliance with the FCC RF exposure guidelines.
