Troubleshooting
1) In case the sound is disconnected.
As the Bluetooth is a wireless technology, it is sensitive to object located between head-
set and connected device. Even when there is not big object such as well, the distance
between headset and the device shall not exceed 10m(33 feet).
Keep the cordless telephone or wireless network device away from the headset and
mobile phone as they make noises or electronic wave.
The electronic wave is in unstable status. Move the headset and mobile phone nearer.
2) No sound at all.
Check the volume of headset.
Check if the headset is paired with playing device.
Check if the blue indicator light on Call flashes every 5 seconds. If it keeps not working,
then, make sure that it is connected to mobile phone or other device.
Despite repowering the headset, if it keeps occurring, press the reset hole on the side of
right earphone to initialize the product.
3) In case the pairing does not work.
The pairing might have been deleted from the mobile phone. Pair it again as instructed
on page 9.
4) In case other device such as PC or MP3 player does not conduct stereo
streaming.
Check if the device supports Bluetooth Version 1.2 or 2.0 and it has the Advanced Audio
Distribution Profile(A2DP). It can work only when these conditions are met. See the user
guide of the device for pairing.
5) In case the stereo is played but the music control button does not work.
Make sure that the connected device supports the Audio/Video Remote Control
Profile(AVRCP).
6) In case rejecting call, last number redialing, voice dial does not work.
It works only when the mobile phone supports the above functions and the headset is
paired with mobile phone as handsfree service or stereo headset service.
7) In case the talk time of battery is different from described in the user guide.
As the battery for this product is consumable, its use time gets shorter as the battery is
used.
The battery time also gets shorter when the headset is placed in hot or low temperature.
The warranty for the battery is 6 months. If you want to replace the battery, visit the cus-
tomer center.
The life of battery depends on the environment of use.
