St-Nicolas, March 11 th 2008 Ms Joanna Olszanowska Nemko Canada Inc. 303 River Road Ottawa, Ontario K1V 1H2 Object : Declaration letter Ms Olszanowska, We are temporally using a separate regulatory notice to inform customers about (1) the two parts warning statement, (2) the modification statement and (3) the Class B statement. See below for the exact wording of all statements. We assure you that every userâs manual will have this document attached and every packages will include a manual. As soon as possible, all three statements will be printed directly into the manual. This procedure become necessary because the Euphonia ⢠headset is too small to be able to affix a readable label with the two parts warning statement. Best regards, Daniel Gagnon, eng.
