shipping the Belkin product to Belkin lor inspection shall be borne solely by

to ship the damaged equipment to Eelkin, Belkin may designate, in its sole
discretion, an equipment repair taeiiity to inspect and estimate the cost to
repair such equipment. The cost, if any, or shipping the equipment to and
lrom such repair facility and 01 such estimate shall be borne solely by the
purchaser Damaged equipment must remain available for inspection untii the
claim is finaIized, Whenever cIaims are settled, EeIkin reserves the right to be
euprogated under any existing insurance poIicies the purchaser may have.
