3of 17ThisdeviceisintendedonlyforOEMintegratorsunderthefollowingconditions:Theantennamustbeinstalledsuchthat20cmismaintainedbetweentheantennaandusers,andThetransmittermodulemaynotbeco‐locatedwithanyothertransmitterorantenna.Aslongas2conditionsabovearemet,furthertransmittertestwillnotberequired.However,theOEMintegratorisstillresponsiblefortestingtheirend‐productforanyadditionalcompliancerequirementsrequiredwiththismoduleinstalledIMPORTANTNOTE:Intheeventthattheseconditionscannotbemet(forexamplecertainlaptopconfigurationsorco‐locationwithanothertransmitter),thentheFCCauthorizationisnolongerconsideredvalidandtheFCCIDcannotbeusedonthefinalproduct.Inthesecircumstances,theOEMintegratorwillberesponsibleforre‐evaluatingtheendproduct(includingthetransmitter)andobtainingaseparateFCCauthorization.EndProductLabelingThistransmittermoduleisauthorizedonlyforuseindevicewheretheantennamaybeinstalledsuchthat20cmmaybemaintainedbetweentheantennaandusers.Thefinalendproductmustbelabeledinavisibleareawiththefollowing:“ContainsFCCID:RK9‐RTL8188CTV”.Thegrantee'sFCCIDcanbeusedonlywhenallFCCcompliancerequirementsaremet.ManualInformationTotheEndUserTheOEMintegratorhastobeawarenottoprovideinformationtotheenduserregardinghowtoinstallorremovethisRFmoduleintheuser’smanualoftheendproductwhichintegratesthismodule.Theendusermanualshallincludeallrequiredregulatoryinformation/warningasshowinthismanual.
