The modem is defaulted to English language keyboards. If you need to communicate in a
dierent language requiring a change in keyboard sengs, please scan the appropriate
conguraon barcode below, aer connecng to the modem:

Once connected, the reader will beep once as
conrmaon and the modem’s blue LED light will
become solid (Figure 6). If the reader does not connect,
the reader will beep four mes in rapid succession.

*Note: In certain reader conguraons, the radio is required
to always be on, therefore requiring a constant power draw. In
these instances, while the power draw is minimal, the LED light
may never turn green when charging a baery aached to a
reader.
The CR2600 Mountable Palm Cart Charger has an LED to indicate the charging status of reader.
Press either trigger buon on the CR2600 and scan
the QuickConnect barcode located on the Mountable
Palm Cart Charger to establish a Bluetooth connecon
between the CR2600 and the computer that the Charger
is connected to. (Figure 5)

Place a CR2600 into the charging bay of the Mountable Palm
Cart Charger, facing forward, and down (Figure 7), making sure
it is seated rmly into place. Once the charging clips have made
contact with the connectors on the reader the charging status LED
will light up.
Note: Baery ships with approximately 50% baery life. Fully
charge baery before use. Approximate charge me is 4 hours.

CR2600 Mountable Palm Cart Charger

The CR2600 Mountable Palm Cart Charger is designed for easy
mobile cart integraon. The embedded CodeXML® Modem
enables a CR2600 reader to wirelessly transmit, through a
Bluetooth® connecon, data to a host device.
In addion, the Mountable Palm Cart Charger charges a
wireless palm CR2600 while posioning it within easy
reach for retrieval.
Aach the micro-USB cable provided to the CR2600 Mountable Palm Cart Charger (Figure 2),
and plug the USB connector into the USB port on the computer (Figure 3). Once plugged in the
charging status LED will ash red (Figure 6).

The CR2600 Mountable Palm Cart Charger is equipped with
a page buon. To locate a CR2600 that has a connecon
established to the modem, and is within Bluetooth range,
simply press the Page buon on the Charger. The reader will
then beep.

Note: Two M4 Phillips pan

screws are included for
installaon.
Two M4 Phillips pan head screws are included with each CRA-A111. The screws are designed to
t into the threaded brass inserts (Figure 4) found on the back of the charger. Insert and ghten
the screws prior to, or aer they are in the posion to the mounng bracket. Once mounted,
ghten each screw to ensure the charger is securely aached to the mounng bracket.
