Answer :Reflashrefresh,app will reload when slide from up to down by hand, it is broken network, Power outage,camera Crash if still off line, and need to check the Circuit: pull out and plug in the plower plus! if can not restore network, please pull out the sd card after Power outage,andconntect the power well again ,if also can not r torenetwork,need to connetct the router trough the network cable, please check P14 (wire connection change to wireless connection)to control 3.can not hear the alarm sound？ Answer: check the switch of received alarm report if on，the Motion Detection if on，arming key if on，make sure all the switch and key on all the time，and open the Bee buzzer ，and you can hear the alarm sound 4.Can not record the video？ Answer：check if intall TF card， and if keep recording video open，also check the TF if broken.Need format the card if first time to use. make sure the TF card is Fat 32 format system,allocation unit:16KB
