Must register the ID if first time to use "YOOSEe", also please
pass the register process if finished
registering and login the Yoosee

1.why is the network can notcontect
unsuccessfully?
Answer:：please check the network status if connect well , the
network settings correct,wifi name if include Special
characters,wifi password if include Special characters,the device

if energize,also try to check by other different ways
2.device is off line or network anomaly?
Answer :Reflashrefresh,app will reload when slide from up to
down by hand, it is broken network, Power outage,camera
Crash if still off line, and need to check the Circuit: pull out and
plug in the plower plus! if can not restore network, please pull
out the sd card after Power outage,andconntect the power
well again ,if also can not r
torenetwork,need to connetct the router trough the network
cable, please check P14 (wire connection change to wireless
connection)to control
3.can not hear the alarm sound？
Answer: check the switch of received alarm report if on，the
Motion Detection if on，arming key if on，make sure all the switch
and key on all the time，and open the Bee buzzer ，and you can
hear the alarm sound
4.Can not record the video？
Answer：check if intall TF card， and if keep recording video
open，also check the TF if broken.Need format the card if first
time to use. make sure the TF card is Fat 32 format
system,allocation unit:16KB

5.how to do if forget the password？
Answer：suggest to hit the reset key to reset factory settings，
and connect network and set the password again
