Please read the following instructions and
warnings carefully. Keep these instructions for
future reference. Contains non-replaceable lithium
battery. Tools required for mounting camera:
Phillips screwdriver and drill with 3/16” size bit.

provided by the manufacturer. NEVER use an extension cord with the AC adapter.
• For indoor use only. To reduce the risk of fire or
electrical shock, DO NOT expose this product to
water or moisture. DO NOT use monitor near water
(such as bath tub, sink, etc.) or submerge in water.
• This monitor is not intended to be used as a medical monitor and its use should not replace proper
adult/parental supervision. You should check your
child’s activity at regular intervals as this monitor will not alert parents to the silent activities of a
child.
• NEVER attempt to disassemble the product. This
is dangerous and will void the warranty. Product
contains a non-replaceable Lithium Ion battery.
• Test monitor periodically when in use and changing locations.
• Use only the adapter supplied with this product.
Incorrect adapter polarity or voltage can seriously
damage the product.
• To prevent entanglement and overheating, DO
NOT use extension cords.
• The adapter may become slightly warm to the
touch during operation. This is normal.
• ALWAYS unplug the AC adapter from the wall during extended periods of non-use.
• Check to make sure wall outlet plates are not
unusually hot to the touch. If they are, immediately
unplug cords from these outlets. Check that all
outlet connections are in good condition so that
adapter is not loose or that no wiring is exposed.
Have a qualified, licensed electrician or that no wiring is exposed.
• This baby monitor allows internet users to hear or
view activity. Use the security feature included with
this device to restrict internet viewership.
• DO NOT place adapter/wall plug under a window
where a child might use it to step on and/or to
reach something that might be dangerous.
• Adult assembly is required. Keep small parts away
from children when assembling. Exercise care when
unpacking the product.
• This product is not a toy. DO NOT allow children
to play with it.
BATTERY WARNING!
• Failure to follow these warnings could result in fire, electric
shock, injury, or damage to the product or other property.
• DO NOT attempt to remove or replace this battery from the
product. You may damage the battery, which could cause
overheating and/or injury. • Any tampering with the battery
can cause serious harm or injury. • Check battery life regularly.
DO NOT use in portable mode when battery is low. • Batteries
MUST be recycled or disposed of properly. See General Information for further direction. • Keep product away from heat
and fire as it may get damaged, catch fire or explode.
• NEVER charge battery with unit unattended. Keep away from
flammable surfaces during charging.
• Battery should only get slightly warm during charging. If
the battery becomes hot, smokes or gives off an odor during
charging, STOP charging immediately and contact the manufacturer.

Set Up
Plug In Camera
• Connect the longer micro USB power cable with power adapter to camera’s port.
• Plug the power adapter into a suitable wall socket.
• Wait for the Camera LED to blink purple.

Audio Parent Unit
It is essential to check reception regularly.
Install Smart App Download the Safety1st App by searching for Safety1st in the app
Monitor uses encrypted transmission over FCC managed
frequencies. Always remember to password protect your
Wi-Fi router.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• VENTILATION: DO NOT block ventilation openings. DO NOT place on a bed,
sofa, rug or similar surface. DO NOT place in a book case or cabinet that may
restrict air flow.
• HEAT: The Monitor should be situated away from heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other appliances that produce heat. Also keep
these components out of direct sunlight.
• POWER CORD PROTECTION: The power supply cord should be routed so that
it is not likely to be walked on or pinched by items placed upon or against it. Pay
particular attention to the cord at the plug, convenience receptacle, and at the
point it exits from the Monitor.

Wi-Fi Connectivity
Check the Wi-Fi signal strength from your internet service provider.
To avoid signal interference or echoes, ensure that there is enough distance between
your device and the Camera. Use of other 2.4GHz products, such as Bluetooth systems
or microwave ovens, may cause interference with this product. Also avoid placement
near major electrical equipment, large metal or concrete objects or walls. Keep the
Camera at least 5 ft (1.5 m) away from these types of products, or turn them off if they
appear to be causing interference.
App Upgrade
You can find the latest version of Safety1st App by visiting your mobile device’s app
store (e.g.: iTunes App Store, Google Play). From there, you can see what’s new with
the app and install the latest version.
Occasionally, Safety1st will send you notifications that a newer version of the Safety1st
app is now available. While some of the upgrades simply keep your system running
efficiently, some are critical to system functionality. We strongly recommend that you
complete the upgrade as soon as possible. Software upgrades will only be performed
in Wi-Fi mode.

1. Mark the location on the wall where the camera will be
mounted.
2. Using a 3/16” drill bit drill a hole 1.0” (2.54 cm) deep.
3. Insert drywall anchor into hole. Lightly tap with a hammer
if necessary until the drywall anchor is flush with the
3’(91.4 cm)
wall surface.
4. Using a screwdriver, hand screw a screw into the
drywall anchor leaving approximately 0.25” (0.63
cm) sticking out.
5. Insert the key hole on the base of the camera onto
the screw on the widest part.
6. Slide the camera DOWN on the screw locking the
camera into place. DO NOT slide the camera UP as
this will result in the camera falling off of the wall.
7. Use the provided wall clips to position and secure the cord 3 ft (0.9 m) away from
the crib. Repeat steps 2, 3 and 4 to place the wall anchors into the wall. Place each
wall anchors 2 ft (0.61 m) apart.
8. Place cords into the wall clips and pull tightly to align wall clip hole to wall anchor.
9. Close the top cover to secure the cord in place and insert provided screw and tighten
into wall anchor.
Clean product with a slightly damp cloth or with an anti-static cloth. Never use
cleaning agents or abrasive solvents.
Do not clean any part of the product with thinners or other solvents and chemicals
- this may cause permanent damage to the product which is not covered by the
warranty.
Keep product away from hot, humid areas or strong sunlight, and do not let it get
wet. Every effort has been made to ensure high standards of reliability of your product. However, if something does go wrong, please do not try to repair it yourself
- contact Customer Service for assistance.
Disposal
At the end of the product life cycle, you should not dispose of this product with
normal household waste. Take this product to a collection point for
the recycling of electrical and electronic equipment.
Batteries must be recycled or disposed of properly.
Some of the product materials can be re-used if you take them to a
recycling point. By reusing some parts or raw materials from used products you
make an important contribution to the protection of the environment.
Please contact your recycling center in case you need more information on the
collection points in your area.
1 Year Warranty
Dorel Juvenile Group will replace or repair (at our option) your unit free of charge
from 12 months from the date of purchase if the unit is defective in workmanship
or materials. To make a claim, contact Consumer Care at 1-800-544-1108 or text
us at 812-566-2525 within one year of purchase from an authorized retailer. Please
be prepared to validate proof of purchase with your claim In the absence of a
purchase receipt, the warranty will be considered 12 months from the date of product manufacture. This warranty does not apply to normal wear or damage from
misuse, abuse, improper storage and handling, installation, accident, unauthorized
repair or alteration, tampering, contact with liquid, water, rain, extreme humidity,
sand, dirt, extreme heat, placement or testing not in accordance with the user guide

1. Determine camera location keeping the camera at least 3 ft (0.9 m) away from crib.
The Camera should be placed on a flat surface, such as a chest of drawers, desk or
shelf.
2. Use the provided wall clips to position and secure the cord 3 ft (0.9 m) away from
the crib.
Resetting Camera and Parent Unit
If you have Camera and Parent Unit setup issues, then the Camera and Parent Unit may
need to be reset.
If you received your camera and Parent Unit from a friend/family or other third party
the camera and Parent Unit should be removed from their account before attempting to
setup the camera and Parent Unit with your account
Please reset the Camera and Parent Unit with the following procedures:
1. Find a paperclip or similar tool.
2. Insert the tool straight into the reset button hole.
3. The button will compress and you will hear a subtle click
4. Hold the button down for at least 3 seconds.
5. Release the button and wait for the camera to reboot.
6. The process is complete when the light is solid red.
7. You can add your Camera and Parent Unit again by following the steps within
the app.

6. Deslice la cámara hacia ABAJO sobre el tornillo
fijando la cámara en el lugar. NO deslice la cámara
hacia arriba porque se caerá de la pared.
7. Use los clips de pared para ubicar y asegurar el cable de 0,9 m alejado de la cuna.
Repita los pasos 2, 3 y 4 para ubicar los anclajes de pared en la pared. Coloque los
anclajes de pared a una distancia de 0,61 m uno del otro.
8. Coloque los cables en los clips de pared y tire firmemente para alinear el clip de
pared al anclaje de pared.
9. Cierre la parte superior para asegurar el cable en el lugar y coloque el tornillo
provisto y ajústelo al ancaje de pared.

Cómo colocar sobre una mesa
1. Decida la ubicación de la cámara manteniendo una distancia de 0,9
m de la cuna.

Cómo reiniciar la cámara y la unidad para los padres
Si tiene problemas con la configuración de la cámara y la unidad para los padres,
necesitará reiniciarla.
Si recibe la cámara y la unidad para los padres de un amigo, familiar o cualquier otra
persona, tiene que quitar la cuenta de ellos antes de intentar configurar la cámara y la
unidad para los padres con su cuenta.
Reinicie la cámara y la unidad para los padres siguiendo los pasos a continuación:
1. Tome un clip o herramienta similar.

1. Marquez l’emplacement sur le mur où la caméra sera
montée.
2. À l’aide d’un foret de 3/16”, percez un trou d’une profondeur
de 2,54 cm (1 po).
3. Insérez un ancrage de cloison sèche dans le trou.

Tapez légèrement avec un marteau si nécessaire
jusqu’à ce que l’ancrage de cloison sèche arrive à
égalité avec la surface du mur.
4. À l’aide d’un tournevis, vissez une vis à la main dans
l’ancrage de cloison sèche en la laissant dépasser
d’environ 0,63 cm (0.25 po).
5. Insérez le trou de clé sur la base de la caméra sur la
vis sur la partie la plus large.
6. Faites glisser la caméra VERS LE BAS sur la vis pour verrouiller la caméra en place.
NE PAS glisser la caméra VERS LE HAUT car cela fera tomber la caméra du mur.
7. Utilisez les clips muraux fournis pour positionner et sécuriser le cordon à 0,9 m (3
pieds) de la bassinette. Répétez les étapes 2, 3 et 4 pour placer les ancrages muraux
dans le mur. Placez chaque ancrage mural à 0,61 m (2 pi.) d’intervalle.
8. Placez les cordons dans les clips muraux et tirez fermement pour aligner le trou du
clip mural à l’ancrage mural.
9. Fermez le couvercle pour sécuriser le cordon en place et insérez la vis fournie et
serrez dans l’ancrage mural.
Dessus de table
Nettoyez votre Caméra avec un chiffon légèrement humide ou avec un chiffon
antistatique. N’utilisez jamais de produits de nettoyage ou de solvants abrasifs. Ne
nettoyez aucune partie du produit avec des diluants ou autres solvants et produits
chimiques – cela peut causer des dommages permanents au produit qui ne sont
pas couverts par la garantie.
Gardez votre caméra loin des sources de chaleur ou d’humidité ou de la lumière
forte du soleil et ne la laisser pas se faire mouiller. Tous les efforts ont été faits pour
garantir des normes élevées de fiabilité pour votre Caméra. Cependant, si quelque
chose ne va pas, n’essayez pas de la réparer vous-même – contactez le Service à la
clientèle pour de l’aide.
Destruction
À la fin du cycle de vie du produit, vous ne devez pas jeter ce produit avec les
ordures ménagères. Apportez ce produit dans un point de collecte pour le recyclage
des équipements électriques et électroniques. Certains des matériaux du produit
peuvent être réutilisés si vous les acheminez vers un point de recyclage. En
réutilisant certaines pièces ou matières premières de produits usés, vous faites une

de fabrication ou de matériaux. Pour faire une réclamation, contactez le Service à la
clientèle au 1-800-544-1108 ou textez-nous à 812-566-2525 dans
un délai d’un an à compter de la date d’achat auprès d’un détaillant autorisé.
Veuillez vous préparer à valider la preuve d’achat avec votre réclamation en cas
d’absence de votre reçu d’achat, la garantie sera considérée comme 12
mois à partir de la date de fabrication du produit. Cette garantie ne s’applique pas à
l’usure normale ou aux dommages causés par une mauvaise utilisation, mauvais
traitement, entretien, installation, accident, réparation ou modification non autorisée, manipulation, contact avec un liquide, eau, pluie, humidité extrême, sable,

1. Déterminez l’emplacement de la caméra en gardant l’appareil à une distance d’au
moins 0,9 m (3 pi) de la bassinette. La Caméra doit être placée sur une surface plane
comme une commode, un bureau ou une étagère.
2. Utilisez les clips muraux fournis pour positionner et sécuriser le cordon à une
distance de 0.9 m (3 pi) de la bassinette.
Réinitialiser la Caméra et l’Appareil du Parent
Si vous avez des problèmes d’installation de la Caméra et de l’Appareil du Parent, il
est possible que la Caméra et l’Appareil du Parant aient besoin d’être réinitialisés. Si
vous avez reçu votre caméra et Appareil du Parent d’un ami/famille ou d’un autre tiers,
la caméra et Appareil du Parent doivent être retirés de leur compte avant d’installer la
caméra et l’Appareil du Parent avec votre compte.
Veuillez réinitialiser la Caméra et l’Appareil du Parent en suivant les procédures
suivantes:
1. Trouver un trombone ou un outil similaire.
2. Insérez l’outil directement dans le trou du bouton de réinitialisation.
3. Le bouton se comprimera et vous entendrez un clic subtil.
4. Maintenez le bouton enfoncé pendant au moins 3 secondes.
5. Relâchez le bouton et attendez le redémarrage de la caméra.
6. Le processus est terminé lorsque la lumière est rouge fixe.
7. Vous pouvez ajouter votre Caméra et Appareil du Parent de nouveau en suivant
les étapes à l’intérieur de l’Application.
Dépannage
Un voyant rouge clignotant sur votre caméra ou l’appareil du parent indique que votre
appareil est déconnecté du Wi-Fi. Vérifiez votre connexion Wi-Fi.
Un voyant violet solide sur votre caméra ou appareil du parent indique que l’appareil a
besoin d’être apparié. Pour apparier, appuyer et maintenir le Bouton d’appariement.
Un voyant rouge solide sur l’appareil du parent indique que la pile est faible. Visitez

et les références vidéo. Si votre appareil ne fonctionne pas correctement, consultez le
