(“Eye-Fi”) warrants to the original purchaser that this hardware product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of original retail purchase. What We Will DoIf a defect exists, Eye-Fi will, at its option, replace the product with a product that is new or replace the product with a replacement product that has been manufactured from new or refurbished, serviceable used parts and which is at least functionally equivalent to the original product.
