Getting Started
What You Need
• 10 minutes (estimated time of setup)
• A computer running Windows ® XP/
Vista/7; Mac OS ® X 10.4 or higher
• You must be within range of your home
Wi-Fi Network, and be prepared to
enter the network password if it requires
one. You’ll need to have broadband
Internet access.
• Your camera should be handy, as you’ll be
prompted to wirelessly transfer your first
photo soon.
6WHS Connect the Card
Reader to Your PC or Mac
Your Eye-Fi Card is already inside the
supplied card reader. Simply plug the card
reader and Eye-Fi Card into an available
USB port. Allow up to a minute for your
system to recognize the card reader.

• A new dialog window will appear. Select
the “Open folder to view files” option
and click “OK”.
• A new removable disk will appear on your
desktop called “Eye-Fi”.
• If you did not see the window above,
please navigate to My Computer.
Double-click on the Eye-Fi icon, typically
drive E: or F:.
• Navigate to the START HERE folder, and
then to the Windows folder. Doubleclick the Setup.exe file and follow the
on-screen instructions.
• Double-click the EYE-FI disk, then go
into the START HERE folder. There, you
will find the Mac OS X folder, and inside
that folder, the Eye-Fi file. Double-click
the Eye-Fi file and follow the on-screen
instructions.

COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE, THE BENEFITS CONFERRED BY
THIS WARRANTY ARE IN ADDITION TO ALL RIGHTS AND
REMEDIES CONVEYED BY SUCH CONSUMER PROTECTION
LAWS AND REGULATIONS. THIS WARRANTY DOES
NOT EXCLUDE, LIMIT OR SUSPEND ANY RIGHTS OF

Limited Warranty
Eye-Fi, Inc. (“Eye-Fi”) warrants to the
original purchaser that this hardware
product will be free from defects in
materials and workmanship for a period of
twelve (12) months from the date of original
retail purchase.
What We Will Do
If a defect exists, Eye-Fi will, at its option,
replace the product with a product
that is new or replace the product with
a replacement product that has been
manufactured from new or refurbished,
serviceable used parts and which is at
least functionally equivalent to the original
product. A replacement product is covered
by this Limited Warranty for the remaining
period of the Limited Warranty of the
original product or sixty (60) days from the
date of replacement, whichever is longer.
What Is Not Covered
This Limited Warranty applies only to
hardware products manufactured by or for
Eye-Fi that can be identified by the “Eye-Fi”
trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to
them. The Limited Warranty does not apply
to any non-Eye-Fi hardware products or
any software, even if packaged or sold with
Eye-Fi hardware. This Limited Warranty
only applies to products purchased from
Eye-Fi or an Eye-Fi authorized reseller.
For a list of authorized resellers, please
go to http://www.eye.fi/where-to-buy/.
Recovery and reinstallation of system and
application software and user data are not
covered under this Limited Warranty. This
Limited Warranty does not apply: (a) to
damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse,
misapplication, or non-Eye-Fi products;
(b) to a product or a part that has been
modified without the written permission
of Eye-Fi; or (c) damage caused by Acts of
God or other causes beyond the control of
Eye-Fi.
Limitation of Warranty/Duration
of Implied Warranty
THIS WARRANTY AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE
EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES,
REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR
WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. EYE-FI SPECIFICALLY
DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES,
INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE. IF EYE-FI CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM
IMPLIED WARRANTIES UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY,
ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION

PRODUCT. EYE-FI SPECIFICALLY DOES NOT REPRESENT
THAT IT WILL BE ABLE TO REPAIR ANY PRODUCT UNDER
THIS WARRANTY OR REPLACE A PRODUCT WITHOUT
RISK TO OR LOSS OF PICTURES, VIDEO, PROGRAMS OR
DATA.
Your Rights Under State Law

limitation of incidental or consequential
damages or exclusions or limitations on the
duration of implied warranties or conditions,
so the above limitations or exclusions may
not apply to you. This warranty gives you

When contacting Customer Care, you must
provide “proof of purchase” information
to the Customer Care agent to obtain
warranty service. You are responsible for
all shipping charges associated with shipping
the product to Eye-Fi or Eye-Fi’s authorized
representative. Eye-Fi is responsible for all
shipping charges associated with shipping a
replacement product to you.

Disposal & Recycling - Applicable in the European Union
and other countries with separate collection systems.
To prevent possible harm to the environment or human
health from uncontrolled waste disposal, please separate
the Eye-Fi card and USB Card Reader from other types
of wastes and recycle it responsibly to promote the
sustainable reuse of material resources.
Household users should contact either the retailer where
they purchased this product, or their local government
office, for details of where and how they can take this
item for environmentally safe recycling. Business users
should contact their supplier and check the terms and
conditions of the purchase contract. This product should
not be mixed with other commercial waste for disposal.
Recycling Eye-Fi Card
and USB Card Reader
Do not dispose of either the Eye-Fi Card or USB Card
Reader with your household waste. In some countries or
regions, collection systems are set up to handle electrical
and electronic waste items. Contact your regional
authorities for more details. If collection systems are
not available, please return unwanted accessories to any
Eye-Fi Approved Service Center in your region.

Notre Responsabilité
Si un produit s’avère défectueux, Eye-Fi
pourra, à son entière discrétion, le

げ後一年間に限り、該当製品を無償で交換さ
せていただきます。

の原因によるロット不良が無いことを保証す
