If any parts are missing or broken, please call Harbor Freight Tools at the number shown on the cover of this manual as soon as possible. 1. REV 09f ITEM 95979 & 95980 OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS Mounting Holes Coupler INSPECTION, MAINTENANCE, AND CLEANING Piston FIGURE A 1. Connect the high pressure hydraulic hose connector to the Coupler. 2. Check the connections between the hydraulic hose, the power source, and Coupler for tightness. These connections must be tight before using the Ram. 3. To operate, apply proper amount of hydraulic pressure to the Ram. 4. When the machinery has moved to the desired location, remove the pressure. 5. After use, wipe with a clean cloth. 1. Before performing any maintenance, be certain that all hydraulic pressure has been removed and any machinery is turned OFF. 2. Before each use, inspect the general condition of the Ram. Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts, cracked or broken parts, and any other condition that may affect its safe operation.
